ObjectiveTo investigate the distribution of cervical headache sensitive points and to observe and compare different methods of Acupuncture treatment againstt cervieogenc headaehe the clinical application.MethodsThis study is a randomized controlled trial design. Software generated random numbers. Double blind method is used in this study. The study included30patients. Management focus on short puncturing of the most sensitive point.Duration of treatment:three times a week, every other day for two weeks for a course of treatment, a course of treatment. The control group (routine acupuncture group) operation:ResultsThe entire bladder meridians between headache followed by two2-wire through the neck and occipital headache attack is closely related to the neck nerve entrapment.Both groups VAS improved significantly after the first treatment, after1week,2weeks. ConclusionsThis was a small, short treatment duration, more exploratory studies in the future is required.(1) The frequency of the highest concentration of C3headache points.(2) Acupuncture source cervicogenic headache symptoms can be treated.(3)Acupuncture can effectively improve the vertebral-basilar artery blood flow.(4)Shallow needling can effectively improve the cervical spine motion.(5)Shallow needling can effectively alleviate the headaches, neck ache, and renders long-term efficacy(6)Shallow needling can effectively improve the spasms resolve adhesions, improve local blood circulation, eliminate inflammation.The study of the local area and meridians has particular clinical significance, but because of the small sample size, short treatment cycles, further research into this area is required.
