Modified Siguiyin On The Treatment Of Damp Heat In The Veins And Stasis Dermatitis Of Skin Dystrophy

Objective:(1)to sort out the academic thoughts and clinical achievements of "Blood Vessel Theory",so as to help to explore and inherit the experience of famous experts reasonably and scientifically,give full play to the clinical effect of the combination of theory and practical experience,and highlight the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.(2)In this study,through a randomized parallel controlled clinical trial,we objectively evaluated the effectiveness of Modified Sigui-Yin in the treatment of stasis dermatitis with dampness and heat of venation,skin dystrophy under the guidance of "Blood Vessel Theory",and provided objective clinical data support for the academic thought of "Blood Vessel Theory".Methods:(1)after systemically combing.summarizing the knowledge and case analysis of "Blood Vessel Theory" academic thoughts on stasis dermatitis,comparing the data before and after treatment,to comment on the clinical effect of Modified Sigui-Yin on stasis dermatitis with dampness and heat of venation,skin dystrophy,and to explore its academic thoughts on the treatment of this disease.(2)The case of this study comes from the patients with stasis dermatitis who were treated in our hospital from May 2019 to December 2019.In this study,15 cases in the treatment group and 15 cases in the control group were collected,including 3 cases in the control group,15 cases in the actual treatment group and 12 cases in the control group.The treatment group was given Modified Sigui-Yin,one dose per day,360 ml water,twice in the morning and half an hour after meals,180 ml each time.The control group was given Aescuven Forte,after meal,twice a day,once in the morning and once in the evening,two tablets each time.Both groups were treated for 6 weeks.Before and after treatment,at the 2nd,4th and 6th week,the patients were assessed by the severity scale.During the treatment,the adverse reactions were observed and the safety was evaluated.The scores of the severity scale before and after treatment were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 statistical software.Results:there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in gender,age and severity of disease(P>0.05).In the second week of efficacy evaluation,there was no statistical significance between the treatment group and the control(?)(P>0.05)In the fourth and sixth week of efficacv evaluation.there was statistical significance between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).In the overall efficacy evaluation,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 100%.and the total effective rate of the control group was 75%.After treatment,there was a significant difference between the two groups,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In safety indicators,no adverse reactions related to or possibly related to drugs were found in the treatment group and the control groupConclusion:The Modified Sigui-Yin has sufficient theoretical basis in the treatment of stasis dermatitis with dampness and heat of venation,skin dystrophy.The Modified Sigui-Yin and Aescuven Forte can improve the skin lesions,skin temperature and other physical signs,as well as the sense of heaviness,swelling and other self-conscious symptoms.The clinical effect of The Modified Sigui-Yin is higher than that of Aescuven Forte,which shows that there is sufficient theoretical basis for the treatment of stasis dermatitis with dampness and heat of venation,skin dystrophy,which provides data support for the academic thought of"Blood Vessel Theory" to guide clinical practice.
