Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Stasis Dermatitis With Damp Heat And Blood Stasis Type

Objective:To observe the improvement of symptoms and signs of patients with damp heat and blood stasis type of stasis dermatitis and its effects on physiological indexes,.Further to evaluate the overall efficacy and the relationship between WBC,CRP and stasis dermatitis of damp heat and blood stasis type.For the Deep understanding of the curative effect of Paeoniae Glycyrrhizae Decoction.Method : In this study,60 cases of stasis dermatitis with damp heat and blood stasis type,male 36 cases,female 24 cases,selected from the Peripheral vascular Department in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of traditional Chinese medicine from 2015.8 to 2016.6.Age 23-80 years,the average age was56.37�14.75,Course 0.4-3.1 months,The average course of disease was1.85�0.67.According to the principle of random and comparison,patients were divided into two groups,treatment group,control group,each group of 30 cases,The treatment group was given Paeoniae Glycyrrhizae Decoction,the control group was given Diosmin tablets,two groups were treated for 2 weeks.After 2 weeks,the symptoms,signs and laboratory examination of the patients in the two groups were compared.Result:1?Overall efficacy:The total effective rate of treatment group was 90%;The total effective rate f the control group was 40%.The total effective rate were significantly different between groups(P< 0.05).2?Clinical symptoms and signs: local manifestations such as erythema,swelling,pain,exudation,itching and lesion area in the treatment group improved significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in reducing exudation(P> 0.05).3?Laboratory index:The number of white blood cells,C reactive protein before treatment in two groups were obviously higher than normal.After 2 weeks,white blood cells?C reaction protein were decreased or return to normal.The treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group in reducing the white blood cell and CRP.Conclusion:Clinical application of Paeoniae Glycyrrhizae Decoction in the treatment of damp heat and blood stasis type Stasis dermatitis has significant curative effect.The curative effect of improving the local manifestation such as erythema,swelling,pain,exudation,itching and reducing the area of lesions is exact.And can significantly reduce the white blood cells,CRP and other inflammatory indicators.
