| Objective:By observing the effect of "deep needling of neck and shoulder with three needles" in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in our hospital,we can judge its effectiveness and safety.By comparing the clinical efficacy of patients before and after treatment,the possible influencing factors of clinical application were judged,which provided clinical reference for further exploring the new clinical treatment scheme for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:Patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly selected from March 2019 to January 2020 in the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion of the Third Affiliated Hospital of BUCM.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,15 eligible patients were included.Before operation,all patients were communicated with and informed of the contents of this study,and informed consent was signed.The treatment plan has passed the hospital ethics committee.According to the diagnostic criteria,refer to the According to the diagnostic criteria of the 3rd Symposium on cervical spondylosis.Specific treatment plan:deep needling of neck and shoulder with three needles:5 Jiaji points in neck,6 Jiaji points in neck,and 6?12 times in Jianjing point.The needle retention time is 25 minutes.Treat once every day.Continuous treatment for 3?5 days every week,6 times as a course of treatment,if cured during the treatment,stop treatment.The VAS score,"treatment result of cervical nerve root symptoms of Tanaka Jingjiu",treatment effect(effective rate),adverse reactions and other indicators were compared and observed before and after treatment.To observe the comprehensive application effect of "deep needling of neck and shoulder with three needles" on patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.SPSS 20.0 software was used for data statistical analysis.T test was used to compare the treatment effect before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant with P<0.05.Results:(1)a total of 15 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were included in this study.There were 6 male patients and 9 female patients.The average age was 47.6±15.1 years old.There were 6 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy under 45 years old,50%of them were male and 50%were female.There were 9 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy aged 45 years and above,male accounted for 33.3%,female accounted for 66.7%.(2)The VAS pain scale of 15 patients before and after treatment was compared.The neck pain was significantly reduced compared with that before treatment,and the difference after treatment was 1.18±0.30.It is suggested that deep needling of neck and shoulder can improve the degree of neck pain in patients with nerve root type diseases,and the difference before and after treatment is statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)According to the score of Tanaka Jingjiu cervical spine score scale,neck pain was significantly reduced compared with that before treatment,the difference was 0.50±0.13 points(P<0.05),upper limb pain and/or numbness were significantly reduced compared with before treatment,the difference was 0.83±0.21 points(P<0.05),finger pain and/or numbness were significantly reduced compared with before treatment After treatment,the difference was 0.59±0.15(P<0.05),the ability of work and life was significantly reduced compared with before treatment,the difference was 0.50±0.13(P<0.05),the symptoms of intervertebral foramen compression test were significantly reduced,the difference was 0.70±0.18 points(P<0.05),the function of hands was significantly reduced after treatment,the difference was 0.50±0.13 points(P<0.05).It is suggested that deep needling of neck and shoulder can improve neck pain,upper limb pain and/or numbness,finger pain and/or numbness,working and living ability,and intervertebral foramen extrusion test symptoms in patients with nerve root type diseases.There was no significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.05).(4)According to the score of Tanaka Jingjiu cervical spine score scale,there was no significant difference in sensory symptoms between before and after treatment,the difference was 0.61±0.15 points(P>0.05),there was no significant difference in muscle strength between before and after treatment,the difference was 0.61±0.15 points(P>0.05),there was no significant difference in tendon reflex before treatment,and the difference was 0.45±0.11 points after treatment(P>0.05)05,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.The results showed that sensory symptoms,muscle strength and tendon reflex symptoms did not achieve significant therapeutic effect.(5)After treatment,the overall effective rate was 93.3%.Conclusion:(1)Deep needling of neck and shoulder can obviously improve the pain level of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,and the curative effect after treatment is better than that before treatment.(2)Deep needling of neck and shoulder with three needles can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,improve the quality of work and life of patients,and have clinical application value in pain control and comprehensive treatment effect. |
