The prevalence of cervical spondylosis is increasing and the age of onset is gradually developing towards a younger trend.Like the current "low-headed family",long-term watching of mobile phones,computers,neck muscles,ligaments,etc.will be fixed in the same posture for a long time.Let it be in a state of overwork.If this state is not changed,the muscles on both sides of the cervical vertebrae will be unbalanced,and the stress balance of the entire cervical vertebra will be destroyed.The cervical vertebra joint will lose stability,which will lead to cervical spondylosis.Occurrence,Neck Type Cervical Spondylopathy(NTCS)is one of the types of cervical spondylosis.Research purposes: To guide the overall concept,to improve the treatment effect,improve the cervical physiology dysfunction of patients with cervical spondylosis,and restore the cervical joint activity.Research significance: Combining orthopedic technology with proprioceptive neuromuscular promotion technology(PNF)as the main research content,clinical efficacy verification of cervical cervical spondylosis,to prove the application of PNF technology in clinical rehabilitation treatment,to restore the normal physiological function of cervical vertebrae Has a very important role.In this study,30 patients with cervical cervical spondylosis were selected according to the diagnostic criteria of Liaocheng University Sports Rehabilitation Training Center and Liaocheng University Sports Rehabilitation Practice Base.The research was carried out by literature data method,mathematical statistics method and experimental research method.Data measurement before and after treatment.Results: After treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy,there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the joint activity of the experimental group was larger than that of the control group;the dysfunction index scored experimental group was lower than the control group,and the experimental group improved better than the control group.Conclusions:(1)The results of pre-and post-experimental studies showed that the experimental group was better than the control group according to the results of cervical vertebrae joint mobility(ROM)and cervical dysfunction index(NDI).(2)PNF technology can better solve the problem of dynamic balance of cervical vertebrae,improve the range of physiological activity of cervical vertebrae,and enhance muscle strength and flexibility.(3)The orthopedic technique solves the problem of endogenous static imbalance,adjusts the cervical spine structural disorder,and restores the normal physiological function of the cervical vertebra.(4)Therefore,PNF technology solves the problem of exogenous dynamic imbalance.The orthopedic technology solves the problem of endogenous static imbalance,and through experimental research,it is found that PNF technology is compared with the treatment effect of using orthopedic technology to treat cervical cervical spondylosis.Combined with orthopedic technology for the treatment of cervical cervical spondylosis has achieved better results.
