To Observe The Effects Of The Cervical Type Of Cervical Spondylosis Of Qi And Blood Deficiency By Mainly Using Neck Three Needles And Neck Jiaji

Objective:To observe the different acupuncture point method, compares the treatment of the Cervical Type Cervical spondylosis of Qi and Blood Deficiency.Methods:60 patients are randomly divided into Neck Three Needles group and Neck Jiaji group. The patients of Neck Three Needles group are treated with GB 20, SJ 16 and EX-HN 14. The patients of Neck Jiaji group are treated with Neck Jiaji which pointed from C4 to C6.This two groups are also treated with ST 36 and DU 14. A course is five times. Symptom, Sign, NRS, PPI and ROM are clinic evaluated before and after the course, and give the clinical follow-up of two groups after the treatment finished.Results:58 cases of the patients complete the study. The total effective rate of Neck Three Needles group is 96.55%. The total effective rate of Neck Jiaji group is 92.86%.There is a statistical significance of effective rate between the two groups. When the treatment is finished, there is a statistical significance compared with themselves and two groups. The Neck Three Needles group is superior to the others. But there is no statistical significance between the two groups when one month later.Conclusion:The treatment of the Neck Three Needles group and the Neck Jiaji group has effect on Cervical Type CS, and the Neck Three Needles group is superior to the Neck Jiaji group of recent clinical efficacy. We can choose the Neck Three Needles to treat the Cervical Type CS to get a better effect.
