Objective: In this study, healthy male college students were compared with "Yin-Yang exercise" and "five-point support exercise ".The changes of the test data of multifidus muscle hardness, lumbar motion and core muscle fitness before and after exercise were compared and analyzed. Methods: During the pre-experiment period from July 2019 to September 2019,subjects were recruited through social recruitment and network propaganda.During the study period from October 2019 to January 2020,41 healthy male college students were finally recruited according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.According to the randomized digital method, the subjects were divided into trial group and control group,in which the trial group used "Yin-Yang exercise" functional exercise, and the control group used "five-point support exercise" functional exercise. The training frequency of the two groups was once a day,5 minutes each time,7 times a week,and6 consecutive weeks. At the same time, before exercise, the second week, the fourth week and the sixth week of exercise, the subjects were tested for L4/5 muscle hardness, lumbar motion, core muscle fitness and data collection. Finally collate the data, statistical analysis, draw a conclusion. Results: The test group fell off 2 people, the control group stopped 2 people, and finally 37 subjects got the complete test.1.Comparison of baseline values: There was no significant difference in age and body mass index between the two groups before exercise(P> 0.05),and they were comparable.2.Results of Young's modulus of multifidus muscle:(1)Comparison within the group: The difference between the right side of the experimental group at the 4th week and the 6th week before exercise was statistically significant(P <0.05),while the left side There was no statistical difference in the comparison(P> 0.05);the differences between the control group at the 4th and 6th weeks of exercise and before the test were statistically significant(P <0.05).(2)Comparison between the two groups:There was no significant difference between the two groups before the test, the second week, the fourth week, and the sixth week of exercise(P> 0.05).3.Lumbar vertebra activity results:(1)Comparison within the group: The modified schober test and the lateral flexion of the lumbar spine between the two groups were statistically significant at the 6th,4th,and 2nd weeks of exercise(P<0.05).(2)Comparison between the two groups: There was no significant difference between the two groups before the test, the second week, the fourth week, and the sixth week of exercise(P> 0.05).4.Static muscle endurance results:(1)Comparison within the group: The differences between the waist and abdomen of the experimental group at the 4th and6 th weeks of exercise were statistically significant(P <0.05);the waist of the control group was at the 4th week of exercise,The difference between the 6th week and before the test was statistically significant(P <0.05),and there was no significant difference in the abdominal comparison(P> 0.05).(2)Comparison between the two groups: There was no significant difference between the two groups before the test, the second week, the fourth week, and the sixth week of exercise(P> 0.05).5.Results of dynamic muscle endurance:(1)Comparison within the group: The differences between the waist and abdomen of the experimental group at the 4th,6th week before exercise and before the test, and the second week were statistically significant(P <0.05);the waist of the control group was exercising The differences between the 4th and 6th weeks and before the test were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Comparison between the two groups: There was no significant difference between the two groups before the test, the second week, the fourth week, and the sixth week of exercise(P> 0.05).Conclusion:Both "Yin-Yang exercise" and "Five-point support exercise" can increase the stiffness of multifidus muscles, lumbar spine activity, and strengthen the core muscle group's endurance and fatigue ability. Both types of training can be used as core muscle group exercise methods.
