Objective:To observe the effect of electroacupuncture at waist Jiaji points on the core muscle groups of patients after stroke based on musculoskeletal ultrasound,and to evaluate its effect on posture control,balance function and lower limb motor function using related scales.Methods:Follow the principle of random control and use a completely randomized method to randomly divide 64 patients into an observation group(including 30 cases and 2 falling out)and a control group(including 30 cases and 2 falling out),and the control group was given medical diseases Basic treatment,routine acupuncture and rehabilitation exercise;on the basis of the treatment plan of the control group,the observation group was treated with electroacupuncture at waist Jiaji points.Both groups were treated for 5 days a week for 4weeks.Before the treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment,the same ultrasound doctor with musculoskeletal ultrasound qualification measures the thickness of the transverse abdominal muscle and multifidus muscle in the resting state of the patient.Before treatment,After 2weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of treatment,the same doctor performed the Berg Balance Scale(BBS)score,lower limb Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment scale(FMA)assessment,and stroke posture assessment scale(PASS)assessment.Before the treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment,the same ultrasound doctor with musculoskeletal ultrasound qualification measures the thickness of the transverse abdominal muscle and multifidus muscle in the resting state of the patient.Results:(1)Thickness of transverse abdominis muscles at rest: Comparison of the healthy lateral abdomen transverse muscles before treatment(P>0.05),and comparison of the affected lateral abdominis muscles between the two groups(P>0.05).The statistics are not different and comparable.Before treatment,the thickness of the healthy lateral abdominal muscles was thicker than the affected side(observation group:P<0.05,control group:P<0.05).After treatment,the thickness of the healthy lateral abdominal muscles was thicker than the affected side(observation group: P<0.05,control group:P<0.05).After treatment,the thickness of the lateral abdominal muscles in both groups was thicker than before treatment(observation group: P<0.01 control group P<0.05).After treatment,the thickness of the healthy side was more Thickness before treatment(P<0.05),while the thickness of the healthy side of the control group was equivalent before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the thickness of the lateral abdominal muscle in the observation group was thicker than that of the control group(P<0.05).The transverse muscle thickness is comparable to the control group(P>0.05).(2)Thickness of multifidus muscles at rest: the comparison of the healthy multifidus muscles between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),the comparison of the two sides of the multifidus muscles(P>0.05)is not statistically different,and is comparable The thickness of the healthy side multifidus muscles in both groups was thicker than the affected side before treatment(observation group: P<0.05,control thickness of the multifidus muscles in both groups was thicker than before treatment(observation group:P<0.01;control group P<0.05).After treatment,the healthy side of the observation group The thickness was thicker than before treatment(P<0.05),while the thickness of the healthy side of the control group was equivalent before and after treatment(P>0.05).The thickness of the multifidus muscle in the observation group was thicker than that of the control group(P<0.05).The thickness of the split muscle is thicker than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the thickness of the healthy side of the multi-split muscle in the observation group is equivalent to that of the control group(P> 0.05).(3)BBS score: There was no statistically significant difference in bbs score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.After 2 weeks of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in bbs score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the bbs score of the two groups of patients increased significantly compared with that before treatment(observation group:P<0.01;control group:P<0.01),and the observation group bbs score was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).(4)FMA score: There was no significant difference in the lower limb Fugl-Meyer score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.After 2 weeks of treatment,the lower limb Fugl-Meyer score was compared,The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the Fugl-Meyer scores of the lower extremities of the two groups were significantly increased than before treatment(P<0.01 in the observation group;control group:P<0.01),and the Fugl-Meyer in the observation group The score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).(5)PASS score: There was no statistically significant difference in the pass score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.After 2 weeks of treatment,the difference in the pass score between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the pass scores of the two groups of patients increased significantly compared with before treatment(observation group: P<0.01;control group:P<0.01),and the pass score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:The effect of electroacupuncture at waist Jiaji point is better than the control group in improving postural control,balance function and lower limb motor function in stroke patients,and it can effectively improve the muscle shape of transverse abdominal muscle and multifidus muscle.
