Since the early 1950 s,the global climate began to intensify warming.China is a sensitive and significant area of climate change.With the continuous rise of temperature,the impact of heat stress on physical and mental health and productivity of employees has become an important field of occupational health research.In the process of continuous improvement of China's high-temperature labor protection management,it is urgent to carry out empirical research on the heat stress of occupational population.Under the climate warming environment,the impact of heat exposure on couriers and express companies is also highlighted.Because the express delivery enterprises are in the primary stage of development,the personnel are basically distributed in the handling,handling,transportation,delivery and other operation links,the working environment is not comfortable,the huge workload and the "piecework" income model make the first-line express workers work overload in the heat wave.Therefore,the high turnover rate of express workers in summer has become a real problem that puzzles the operation of enterprises.Therefore,this study explored the effects of heat stress-related symptoms on express delivery employees' turnover intention,as well as the mediating role of emotional exhaustion in it and the regulatory role of organizational support in the path.In this study,875 couriers from express companies such as Tianjin,Hebei,Shanxi,China Post,Shentong,etc.were selected as the research objects.The questionnaire method was used to investigate the above problems,using the questionnaire of heat stress related symptoms,the questionnaire of summer emotional exhaustion,the questionnaire of heat protection organization support and the questionnaire of turnover intention as the research tools Provide research evidence for improving thermal protection management.Results found(1)Heat stress-related symptoms can positively predict turnover intention.(2)Emotional failure is a mediator between heat stress-related symptoms and turnover intention.(3)Emotional support can regulate the effect of heat stress-related symptoms on emotional failure,while instrumental support can regulate the effect of emotional failure on turnover intention.
