ObjectiveTwo small splint change radiographic parameters fixed position after this thesis by comparing the Colles fracture of the entire complex, designed to explore the best Colles fracture fixed position relative to guide clinical treatment.MethodsSelect the object of study for the January 2014-January 2015 in Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital orthopedic clinic compliant Colles fracture patients with a total 60 cases, including 18 males and 42 females, age range 18 to 60 years old, with an average age of 45.53 years. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 30 people, all patients herein are OK manipulative splint external fixation in the treatment group will be fixed on the wrist palmar flexion and ulnar deviation and forearm supination, the limb is fixed in the control group in the wrist palmar flexion and ulnar deviation and forearm pronation. After four weeks of treatment follow-up of patients to assess the efficacy from clinical imaging, the final will meet the standards of the study and observation of the project measurement data into the computer, such as unified storage, with a large statistical package SPSS19.0 statistical data.ResultsTwo groups of patients before treatment radiographic parameters, namely, palm inclination, ulnar deviation, radial shortening was no significant difference, P> 0.05. No reset immediately after the above two groups of patients with significant differences in radiographic parameters, P> 0.05. After four weeks of follow-up, two palm dip again and ulnar deviation, radial shortening were compared:To compare the two groups of patients with ulnar deviation, P> 0.05, no significant difference between the two groups of patients with palmar angle and radial short shrink cases, P<0.05, statistically significant, it can be drawn, the treatment group than the control group palmar angle, distal radial extent of shortening the treatment group than the control group. The radiographic parameters in both groups lost the case comparison can be found:two sets of ulnar deviation lost no significant difference, P> 0.05, two palmar angle and length of the distal radius statistically significant loss of contrast to the situation, P<0.05, which indicates that the distal palmar angle and radial extent of the loss of the length of the treatment group than the control group.ConclusionImaging contrast between the two groups, wrist palmar flexion and ulnar deviation and forearm supination relative wrist palmar flexion and ulnar deviation and forearm pronation better radiographic parameters to maintain the wrist, so we can consider partial forearm wrist palmar flexion and ulnar deviation and forearm supination is more in line with biomechanics, is relatively fixed position best.
