The Clinical Efficacy Of Cuyujiegu Decoction In The Treatment Of Splint Fixation Treatment In Elderly Patients With Colles Fracture Of The Distal Radius

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of patients with Colles fracture of the distal radius by comparing with CuyuJiegu Decoction and Shangkejiegu Tablet with both treatment of manipulative reduction with splint fixation,to provide better treatment of choice in patients with Colles fracture of the distal radius.Methods:This topic research from The First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Traditional Chinese Medicine orthopedic ward,outpatient services and emergency treatments from March 2015 to December 2016.Subjects were 60 cases aged above 60 years old patients with Colles fracture of the distal radius.Through two kinds of treatments of Cuyujiegu Decoction and Shangkejiegu Tablet with both treatment of manipulative reduction with splint fixation,observing influence of the fracture healing time and healing,degree of limb swelling,time of swelling subsided,analyzing the data of bone mineral density and serum parameters of two groups at 12 weeks after treatment.Evaluating the visual analogue scale(VAS)score system of two groups at 12 weeks after treatment and Gartland-Werley wrist function score system of wrist joint function of two groups.Results:In the two groups of patients before and after treatment on the fracture healing time and healing showed no significant difference(P<0.05),but in the process of clinical healing of fracture treatment group of the palmar angle,ulnar deviation,radial height was loss of slightly less than control group;Two groups of patients in VAS score showed no significant difference(P<0.05),not statistically significant;Treatment group in improving the degree of limb swelling on the classification and regression and time was better than that of control group,especially in after 1 day,after 3 days and after 1 week.The wrist horizontal stripes with palm swelling of horizontal stripes curative effect is better than control group;The data of bone mineral density and serum parameters determination of treatment group at 12 weeks after treatment was better than control group;Gartland-Werley wrist function score showed that treatment group was excellent in 9 cases,good in 17 cases,3 cases,the excellent rate was 86.7%;Control group was excellent in 7 cases,good in 16 cases,5 cases,the excellent rate was 76.7%.The wrist joint function of treatment group at 12 weeks after treatment was higher than the function of control group at same period.Conclusions:In this study,the treatment of Cuyujiegu Decoction with manipulative reduction with splint fixation,more beneficial to the elimination of limb swelling and wrist joint function recovery and determination of parameters,is superior to the treatment of Shangkejiegu Tablet with manipulative reduction with splint fixation,is worthy of clinical application.
