An Exploratory Study On The Intervention Of Acupoint Application Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound On The Recurrence Of Colon Adenomatous Polyps Of Spleen Dampness And Stasis Type

Objective:Adenomatous polyp patients through colorectal polyps clamp / resection,the condition can be well controlled,but not ruled out due to missed diagnosis and other factors,patients with related symptoms have not been improved,such as still feeling abdominal distension,abdominal pain,stool disorder,and so on.Moreover,the operation can not effectively eliminate the recurrence of polyp,canceration,for the next period of time continuously reexamination of enteroscopy increased the psychological pressure and physical discomfort of the patients.Therefore,through many years of clinical experience summarized by Professor Wang Biao,our research group has effectively combined the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine with the prescription of experience to observe the improvement of syndromes and the examination of enteroscopy in patients with recurrent polyps treated with acupoint application of compound Chinese medicine.Compared with the blank control group,we can find a simple and effective way to improve the symptoms of the patients and prevent the recurrence of polyp,and lay the foundation for the promotion of the characteristic treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Promote traditional Chinese medicine culture to make certain efforts.Methods:The patients were divided into two groups: treatment group(Chinese herbal compound acupoint application)and control group(blank control group).30 patients were divided into two groups: treatment group(treatment group)and control group(blank control group).At the first time,the patientsundefined basic information,the results of colonoscopy and pathology,and the scores of related indexes were recorded in detail.At the end of two courses of treatment,the related indexes of the patients were recorded,and the results of reexamination of colonoscopy and the results of pathological report were recorded one year later.Results:The number of recurrences after colonoscopy was determined by Fisher’s exact probability method P=0.087>0.05,so there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group for the number of polyps;the polyp size was obtainedby Fisher’s exact probability method P=0.717>0.05,Therefore,there was no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group for the improvement of polyp size.The pathological type was determined by Fisher’s exact probability method P=0.682>0.05,and there was no statistical significance for the pathological type improvement.Taken together,the acupoint application should not have a curative effect on the recurrence of polyps.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was statistically significant(P=0.006),among which the treatment group had abdominal pain(P=0.043),abdominal distension(P=0.022),stool trait(P=0.043),and stool frequency(P= 0.006),food intake and poor appetite(P = 0.032)indicators have a certain effect,for blood in the stool(P = 0.169),bowel habits(P = 0.394),fatigue,lazy words(P = 0.159),limbs(P = 0.927)The signs of nausea and vomiting(P=0.927)may not be effective.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine compound acupoint application may not be effective in preventing the recurrence of spleen-strained colonic adenomatous polyps.Chinese herbal compound acupoint application has certain curative effect on improving the related symptoms of spleen-salt type colon adenomatous polyps,including abdominal pain,bloating,stool traits,stool frequency,food intake and poor stay;for improving blood in the stool,bowel habits,tiredness and laziness Words,nausea,vomiting,and physical difficulties may not be effective.
