Purpose: Under the guidance of evidence-based medicine,to make a meta-qualitative analysis in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with acupuncture and drug combination,to evaluate the effectiveness of clinical treatment, and to provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Material and method: RCT literatures related to acupuncture and drug combination in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome were retrieved by computer from China academic journal database(CNKI),China biomedical literature database(CBM),Pub Med,Wanfang database,Chongqing weipu Chinese science and technology journal database(VIP),supplemented by manual check print magazines. The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to November 2019.According to the inclution criteria, the literature was screened strictly to determine the final inclution. The “risk of bias assessment tool”recommended by Cochrane Collaboration was used to evaluate the quality of the included literature, and the Revman 5.3 software was used for meta-analysis.Results:The results of meta-analysis of 25 included literatures are as follows:1.In the included literature,15 articles reported the overall effective rate of acupuncture combined Chinese medical than Chinese medical, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant[RR=1.24,95%CI(1.17,1.31)].In the included literature,7 articles reported the overall effective rate of acupuncture combined Chinese medical than western medical, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant[RR=1.17,95%CI(1.09,1.25)].2.In the included literature,7 articles reported the improvement of symptom score of acupuncture combined Chinese medical than Chinese medical, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant[WMD=-4.46,95%CI(-6.56,-2.35)].3.In the included literature,5 articles reported the serum E2 value of acupuncture combined Chinese medical than Chinese medical, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant[WMD=3.24,95%CI(0.11,6.37)].In the included literature,3 articles reported the serum E2 value of acupuncture combined Chinese medical than western medical, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant[WMD=9.40,95%CI(2.70,16.09)].4.In the included literature,5 articles reported the serum FSH value of acupuncture combined Chinese medical than Chinese medical, and the difference between the two groups was no statistically significant[WMD=-9.65,95%CI(-20.22,0.91)].5.In the included literature,5 articles reported the serum LH value of acupuncture combined Chinese medical than Chinese medical, and the difference between the two groups was no statistically significant[WMD=-1.04,95%CI(-3.09,1.00)].Conclusion:1.The combination of acupuncture and drugs in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome can improve the overall effective rate, reduce Kupperman score and improve the serum E2 value, which is better than the single drug treatment. The combination of acupuncture and drugs in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome can reduce the level of FSH and LH,the effect of drug therapy alone is the same.2.The included literature in this study has problems in random allocation method, allocation concealment, implementation of blind method, and selective reporting, etc.More high-quality,large-sample,well-designed literatures are still needed to further demonstrate the efficacy of acupuncture and drug combination in the treatment of perimenopasual syndrome.
