Systematic Review Of Combined Treatment Of Traditional Chinese Medicine And Western Medicine In Treating Perimenopausal Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

Objective:Through evaluating the present condition and residual problems in the scientific research design and therapeutic effects of the clinical studies on conservative combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine to perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding,this paper provides a evaluation on the level of research qualities in treating perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.To make the systematic review of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,in treating perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding, so that clinical treating decision can be made based on objective believable evaluation of the treatment to perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding by the method,put forward the existent problem in the clinical research,draw up the methods to solve them.Method:All the randomized controlled trails about combined treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were searched for systematic review. Trial and the articles were analysised with Revman 4.2 soft ware.Result:The systematic review included 13 articles of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were treated with integrated traditional and western medicine.The treatment group was divided into the treatment group of Chinese medicine+western medicine+dilatation and curettage of uterine and treatment group of Chinese medicine+western medicine.13 articles were all used the method of randomly assigned.4 articles referred to the specific method of random;9 articles were not referred the specific method of random,so it can't determine whether the method of random is right or not.13 articles all not reported the blinding design, withdrawal and exit of patient,the hidden distribution and intention to treat analysis.6 text (46.2%)in 13 were used follow-up examination.The effective power of the group of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine have conspicuous significance when compared with the western group (P<0.00001)Conclusion:The systematic review shows that conservative combined treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine to Perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding is more effective than lonely using western medicine.However,as insufficiency and low quality of the samples adopted,as well as the Potential Publication bias,this system cannot yet draw an affirmative conclusion to the efficacy and safety of Traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of Perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding,which should be further evaluated by more rigorously designed randomized,multiply-center trails,so as to promote the modernization of Chinese medicine.
