| Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of GAO’s neck acupuncture combined with tongue triple acupuncture and conventional acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia,in the hope of providing a more scientific, safe, and effective treatment option for post-stroke dysphagia. Methods:In this trial,64 patients with post-stroke dysphagia were selected according to the inclusion criteria and randomly divided into a test group(GAO’s neck acupuncture combined with tongue triple acupuncture group)and a control group(conventional acupuncture group),with 32 cases in each group. All patient were given routine treatment for stroke disease. On this basis, the test group was treated with GAO’s neck acupuncture combined with tongue triple acupuncture, while the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture. Both groups were treated with acupuncture once a day for 6 days, with 1 day off for a total of 4 weeks. Before and after treatment, both groups of patients were assessed using the Water Swallowing Test(WST),the Standardized Swallowing Assessment(SSA),the Swallowing Quality Of Life(SWAL-QOL),and the Videofluoroscopic Swallowing Study(VFSS),datas were recorded and statistically analyzed using SPSS 25.0 software to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia.Results:1.Before treatment, the two groups’ general conditions and WST grade,SS A score,SWAL-QOL score, and VFSS score were compared. The differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05)and were comparable.2.After treatment, the WST grade,SSA score,SWAL-QOL score, and VFSS score of patients in both groups showed significant improvement compared with the previous ones, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the WST grade,SSA score,SWAL-QOL score, and VFSS score of the test group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Clinical efficacy evaluation:After treatment, the total effective rate of the test group was 90.32%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.42%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both GAO’s neck acupuncture combined with tongue triple acupuncture and conventional acupuncture therapy have definite efficacy in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia.2.The clinical efficacy of GAO’s neck acupuncture combined with tongue triple acupuncture for post-stroke dysphagia is significantly better than that of conventional acupuncture treatment. |
