Purpose:This experiment adopts the clinical randomized controlled, and through the ‘CANGGUITANXUE‘ acupuncture compared with the conventional needling manipulation of acupuncture, observed both in the clinical curative effect of patients with dysphagia after stroke, evaluation meets the ‘CANGGUITANXUE' acupuncture on the mechanism of action of dysphagia after stroke and its clinical significance.Material and method:Test selection in November 2016-December 2017,60 patients with dysphagia after stroke, from A zone, the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of TCM.All patients were conform to the diagnostic criteria of dysphagia after stroke and incorporated into the standard. After screening by excluding standard, according to the order number, admission were randomly divided into treated group and control group 30 cases. All patients were with reference to the request of “China cerebrovascular disease prevention and control guidelines 2008”,two groups were given swallowing function training. Two groups of acupuncture used along with the selected point. The treated group uses ‘CANGGUITANXUE' needling manipulation, the control group adopts conventional needling manipulation of acupuncture, two groups are retaining 30 min once a day.6 days a week is a course of treatment. Both groups use Kubota drinking water test for swallowing function evaluation before and after treatment after 2courses.The patient who met the criteria for elimination and termination were recorded in the experiment. Results: 1.The treated group was compared before and after treatment,P<0.01.The control group was compared before and after treatment,P<0.05.The differences were statistically significant. After two groups of treatment, the rank sum test was performed,P<0.01.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.2.The total effective rate was compared, and the two groups were examined by chi-square after treatment, and P<0.05,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion: 1.Both needing manipulations of acupuncture could improve dysphagia after stroke, and meets the needing manipulation of ‘CANGGUITANXUE' acupuncture is superior than the conventional needing manipulation of acupuncture.2 2.The needing manipulation of ‘CANGGUITANXUE' acupuncture can improve the quality of survival in patients with adverse events has not been found in test and have security guarantee.
