Treatment Of Dysphagia After Stroke By "Liyan Kaiqiao" Acupuncture Clinical Efficacy Observation

Objective:By comparing the clinical efficacy of "Liyan Kaiqiao" acupuncture with conventional acupuncture in the treatment of dysphagia after apoplexy,we can provide more precise and effective targeted treatment for dysphagia after apoplexy.Methods:Sixty-four patients who met the criteria of dysphagia after stroke were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group at a ratio of 1:1 according to admission time by single-blind random design method.There were 32 cases in each group,60 cases were completed and 4 cases were lost.The experimental group was treated with "Liyan Kaiqiao" acupuncture,while the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.Both groups were treated with basic medical diseases and rehabilitation training.Treatment once a day,six times a week,Sunday rest,a total of three weeks.Before and after treatment,the Watian drinking water test and the standard swallowing function score of the two groups were analyzed by statistical data,and the curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results:(1)Two groups before and after pharyngeal treatment: before treatment,Watian drinking water score of two groups was P > 0.05,the difference was not significant,there was no statistical significance,and the two groups were comparable.Test group:After treatment,the scores of Watian Drinking Water Test decreased compared with those before treatment,and there was significant difference by T test((t=11.190,P< 0.05);SSA test score decreased compared with that before treatment by T test(t=53.556,P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Control group:After treatment,the scores of Watian Drinking Water Test decreased compared with those before treatment,and there was significant difference by T test(t=7.940,P<0.05);SSA test score decreased compared with that before treatment by T test t=13.135,P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.(2)Comparisons between the two groups before and after pharyngeal treatment:The scores of Watian drinking water in the two groups after pharyngeal treatment were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statisticallysignificant by T test(t=-2.39,P=0.020 < 0.05);SSA test score showed that the experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant by T test(t'=-16.340,P<0.05).(3)The total effective rate of the experimental group(93.33%)was higher than that of the control group(76.66%).The difference was statistically significant by rank sum test(Z=-2.020,P=0.043 < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)In the treatment of dysphagia after stroke,both "Liyan Kaiqiao" needling and conventional needling techniques are effective,which can improve the rating of Watian Drinking Water Test and SSA score of patients.(2)Acupuncture therapy of "Liyan Kaiqiao" can improve the rating of Watian drinking water test and SSA score of patients more effectively,and the clinical effect is more significant than that of conventional acupuncture.
