Objective:the main objective is to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with pinellia ternata decoction in treating phlegm and turbid headache based on the theory of spleen hidden signs and combined with the pathogenesis of phlegm and turbid headache.Data and methods:according to the diagnostic criteria of sputum turbid headache,64 patients who visited the outpatient service of professor zhang,the tutor of graduate students,were selected as the research objects.The patients who met the criteria were divided into 32 cases in the treatment group and 32 cases in the control group by random allocation method.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with oral pinellia baizhu tianma decoction,while the control group was treated with oral pinellia baizhu tianma decoction.After the end of treatment,headache observation indexes and TCM syndrome score were respectively performed in the two groups,and the obtained data were statistically analyzed with SPSS222.0.Results:1.headache index comparison: comparing the treatment group before and after treatment,it shows that there is significant difference(p < 0.05),indicating that headache has been significantly relieved after treatment;After the treatment,there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(p < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving headache symptoms.2.comparison of TCM syndrome scores: there was significant difference(p < 0.05)between the treatment group before and after treatment,which indicated that the systemic symptoms of the patients after treatment had significant changes.After treatment,there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(p < 0.05),which showed that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the TCM syndromes of patients.3.Total effective rate: the total effective rate of the treatment group is 93.75%,and that of the control group is 84.36%.The total effective rate of the treatment group is higher than that of the control group.4.follow-up: follow-up at the 4th and 8th weeks after treatment showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group in the improvement of TCM syndromes,with statistical significance(p < 0.05).In terms of headache observation indexes,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group,and there was no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.The treatment group can obviously improve the headache degree,headache attack times and headache duration of patients,and is superior to the control group.2.The treatment group can obviously improve the TCM syndromes of patients and is superior to the control group.3.After the treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.4.Follow-up at the end of the treatment showed that the long-term effect of the treatment group on the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of headache was better than that of the control group.
