Clinical Study Of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction In The Treatment Of Vertebrobasilar Insufficiency And Turbidity

Purpose:Studied in this paper through the TCM syndrome of TCM syndrome integral,curative effect evaluation index and TCD changes of pinellia tuber of atractylodes rhizoma gastrodiae tonga subtraction of vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo clinical curative effect,further discussion of vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo pathogenesis and pinellia atractylodes rhizoma gastrodiae decoction treatment of vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo mechanism of action.Material and method:In liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital rehabilitation center encephalopathy K1 family wards in the hospital of vertebral basilar artery insufficiency vertigo patients as the research object,in January 2016 to February 2016 between the 68 patients included in the standard,adopt the method of randomized,controlled,divided into treatment group and the control group(34 cases)and(34 cases)and control group with 0.9% saline 250 ml to join vinpocetine 20 mg days intravenous drip;Treatment group on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment to the pinellia atractylodes rhizoma gastrodiae tonga minus 100 ml,3 times/day oral(liaoning university hospital of traditional Chinese medicine decoction).Treatment for 21 days,observe two groups before and after treatment in patients with TCM syndrome integral,TCM syndrome curative effect and transcranial doppler(TCD)of each index before and after the change.Results:1.TCM syndrome integral comparison: the treatment group and control group after treatment of TCM symptom score were significantly lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the treatment group of TCM symptom integral reduced than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.Syndromes curative effect comparison;After the treatment effect of TCM syndrome total effective treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.TCD comparison: two groups after treatment than before treatment in patients with Systolic maximum Velocity(Systolic Velocity,v)significantly increases,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the treatment group raised significantly better than that of control group(P < 0.05);The two groups after treatment than before treatment blood vessel pulsation index(Pulsitility index,PI)value significantly lowered,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),treatment group cut situation is better than control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion:1.The pinellia atractylodes rhizoma gastrodiae decoction in the treatment of phlegm turbidity resistance type of vertigo efficacy.2.Pinellia atractylodes rhizoma gastrodiae decoction combined nim to plain radiographs in improve VBI patients with vertigo syndrome and brain blood flow situation,is superior to pure western medicine group.3.In this study pinellia atractylodes rhizoma gastrodiae decoction dialectical add and subtract in the treatment of phlegm turbidity resistance in the process of the type of vertigo,patients without severe side effects and drug dependence phenomenon,easier to accept patients.
