Clinical Observation Of Massage Therapy Combined With Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction In The Treatment Of Turbid Headache

Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy of massage therapy combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in the treatment of turbid headache,and new treatment ideas and methods for clinical treatment of turbid headache were provided.Methods: From September 2017 to November 2018,64 patients with turbid headache in the rehabilitation department of Hebei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as subjects.The diagnostic criteria were formulated according to the 2012 Zhou Zhongyi Practical Chinese Medicine Internal Medicine.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of treatment,with 32 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with massage therapy combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction,and the control group was treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction.The treatment duration was 30 days.After treatment,the plasma levels of serotonin(5-HT),headache index and TCM symptom were observed before and after treatment.All the data were analyzed by SPSS23.0 software.The data were analyzed by chi-square test.The mean ±standard deviation((?) ± s)is used,the two samples are compared using the t test,and the rank data are compared using the rank sum test.Results: Plasma 5-HT levels,headache index,and TCM syndrome scores were compared between the treatment group and the control group before treatment.There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The plasma 5-HT content,headache index,and TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group and the control group were significantly different after treatment(P<0.05).The 5-HT values were compared between the treatment group and the control group.There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The treatment group and the control group were compared with theheadache index and TCM syndrome score after statistical analysis.Significant difference(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome efficacy of the treatment group and the control group after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Through the analysis of the data before and after treatment,it was shown that both the treatment group and the control group had certain effects in treating turbid headache,and all of them could improve the 5-HT value,VAS score,pain duration score,and vomiting sputum to some extent.Chest tightness,poor appetite,pale mouth,fat tongue,greasy tongue coating,slippery pulse symptoms;through the treatment group and control group after treatment,the headache index scale,TCM syndrome score,indicating that massage therapy combined with half Xiabaizhu Tianma Decoction is superior to Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in treating turbid headache.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of headache and relieve the pain of patients.Tuina therapy is a non-drug therapy for the treatment of turbid headache.It is easy to be accepted by patients and is superior to drug therapy alone.It is worthwhile to apply this method to clinical treatment.
