Purpose:The purpose of this study was to investigate the general condition, weakness and depression of the elderly stroke patients, and to explore the influencing factors of the weakness of the elderly stroke patients, and to analyze the relationship between the various dimensions of weakness and depression,in order to improve the health level of the elderly stroke patients, reduce the incidence of weakness and depression, improve the quality of life of the elderly, the implementation of targeted medical care measures to provide reference.Research Object and method :In this study, convenience sampling was used to select 242 elderly stroke patients admitted to the Department of Neurology and Brain Rehabilitation in a tertiary Class A hospital in Liaoning Province. The data collection time was from May 2019 to September2019,there were 242 valid questionnaires, and the effective rate was 96.8%.The survey tools used the General Information Questionnaire, the Chinese version of the Tilburg Weakness Scale(TFI),the Health Questionnaire Depression Symptom Group Scale(PHQ-9),and the Miniature Nutrition Assessment Scale(MNA-SF).SPSS 20.0 was used for data analysis, mean value and standard deviation were used to analyze numerical data in general data of elderly stroke patients, and frequency and percentage analysis were used to describe classification data;t test and analysis of variance were used to analyze different characteristics of general data.Whether there is a difference in the debilitating effects of elderly stroke patients, and screen for statistically significant indicators;use Pearson correlation analysis to explore the relationship between debilitating scores, physical dimensions, physical dimensions, psychological dimensions and depression in elderly stroke patients; The influencing factors of the debilitating degree of stroke patients were analyzed by multiple linear regression: the statistical variables such as self-care ability and the number of chronic diseases in the general data analysis were used as independent variables, and the debilitating score was used as the dependent variable.Results:1.The total score of TFI was(6.98±2.86),including(3.94±1.79)for physical dimension,(1.57±1.01)for psychological dimension and(1.46±0.88)for social dimension. There were180 cases(74.4%)of senility and 62 cases(25.6%)of non-senility.2.One-way Anova was used to analyze the total score of depression. There were 10 factors which had statistical significance(P<0.05).Age,educational level, economic burden,self-care status, multiple diseases,long-term use of multiple drugs, physical exercise, smoking, drinking and insomnia were statistically different in the total score of decline.3.The number of elderly patients without depressive symptoms in elderly stroke patients was80,accounting for 33.1% of the total number, and the number of elderly patients with depressive symptoms was 162,accounting for 66.9% of the total number, including mild and moderate depression And severe depression accounted for 24.0%,28.9%,and 14.0%,respectively,and the elderly without extremely severe depression.4.Elderly stroke patients with normal nutrition status are 96 elderly people, accounting for39.7%;100 elderly people are at risk of malnutrition, accounting for 41.3%;46 are malnourished elderly, accounting for 19.0%.5.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between elderly stroke hospitalized patients and various study variables.Except that the dimension of mental weakness was not related to the total score of depression and nutrition, the total score of weakness was positively correlated with the total score of depression(r = 0.248,P <0.01);physical weakness was positively correlated with total depression score(r = 0.266,P <0.01);social weakness was positively correlated with total depression score(r = 0.158,P <0.05);total weakness was negative with total nutrition score Correlation(r =-0.234,P <0.01);physical weakness was negatively correlated with total nutrition score(r =-0.261,P <0.01);social weakness was negatively correlated with total nutrition score(r =-0.145,P <0.05);Total depression score was negatively correlated with total nutrition score(r =-0.485,P <0.01).6.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,self-care status, combination of various diseases, physical exercise and insomnia had statistically significant effects on the total score of frailty, which explained the variation of 29.3% of the total scoreof frailty.Other factors being held constant, the older the person, the worse their self-care status, the more diseases they had,the less time they spent exercising, and the more insomnia they had,the worse their weakness.Conclusion:1.The incidence of frailty and depression is high in elderly stroke inpatients, and the frailty score and depression level are significantly positively correlated, that is,the higher the frailty score, the more severe the depression. Therefore, medical staff should pay attention to the screening of frailty and depression in the elderly, and give reasonable intervention measures as soon as possible.2.Factors influencing frailty in elderly stroke inpatients include age,self-care status, combination of multiple diseases, physical exercise and insomnia. Therefore, comprehensive and multi-angle nursing intervention should be given to improve the quality of life of the elderly stroke patients when the elderly are intervened with weakness.
