| Purpose: By exploring the clinical research literature on the persistent posture-perceived dizziness(Persistent postural perceptual dizziness,PPPD)of Chinese medicine treatment published publicly in the past 30 years,this paper summarizes the law of drug use in Chinese medicine treatment of PPPD,and provides better literature data support for clinical treatment of PPPD.Materials and methods: Use computer to retrieve clinical researches on PPPD treated with traditional Chinese medicine,published on CNKI,Wanfang Data Service Platform,VIP Database,and China Biomedical Literature Database for nearly 30 years(April 1991-April2021)Class literature.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,determine the final included documents,extract the general confidence of each document and establish a database,and use Excel software to enter the frequency,nature and flavor,meridian,syndrome type,etc.of traditional Chinese medicine.Perform statistics,use SPSS 23.0 software to perform cluster analysis of high-frequency Chinese medicines(frequency ≥ 4)and use the association rules in SPSS Modeler 18.0 software to extract the potential compatibility rules of high-frequency Chinese medicines through the level of support and confidence.The correlation between different items or item sets in the database is explored for the association relationship of highfrequency Chinese medicines,so as to summarize the medication rules of Chinese medicine in the treatment of PPPD.Results:1.A total of 42 documents are screened and included in this study,including 49 Chinese medicine prescriptions,and 101 Chinese medicines are recorded with a total frequency of 505 times.2.General information results of the literature: The types of the included literature include clinical efficacy observations and experience summaries,etc.The number of publications of the literature is mainly concentrated in the past 10 years,and the provinces with more publications are Henan and Beijing.3.Clinically,the properties of traditional Chinese medicines used in the treatment of PPPD are warm,cold,calm,hot and cold;clinically,the tastes of traditional Chinese medicines used in the treatment of PPPD are sweet,pungent,bitter,light,sour,salty,and astringent;clinically,traditional Chinese medicines are used to treat PPPD The return meridians of the spleen meridians are the spleen meridian,liver meridian,lung meridian,heart meridian,stomach meridian,kidney meridian,gall bladder meridian,bladder meridian,large intestine meridian,pericardium meridian,small intestine meridian,and Sanjiao meridian.4.Chinese medicines are classified into 19 types of Chinese medicines.Tonic medicines are at the top.Other medicines are listed in order of anti-surface medicine,clearing heat medicine,dampness medicine,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis medicine,Qi regulating medicine,tranquilizing medicine,Phlegm-resolving medicines,anti-wind and antispasmodic medicines,medicines for calming liver and yang,clearing heat and detoxification medicines,dampening medicines,astringent medicines,diuretic and dampening medicines,resuscitation medicines,laxatives,warming dampness medicines,rheumatism medicines,and antiseptics.5.The main symptoms are hyperactivity of liver-yang.6.Through cluster analysis,a clustering study of high-frequency Chinese medicines has been carried out,and the results are mainly 6 categories.Group one: Rehmannia,Cornus,Yam,Salvia,Ginseng,Astragalus,Pueraria lobata.Converged into two categories: wild jujube seed,wood incense,polygala,red peony root,chuanxiong.There are three types: ginger,jujube,citrus aurantium,Moutan bark,Magnolia officinalis,Rehmannia glutinosa,Alisma,Atractylodes,Chenpi.There are four types: Angelica,Mint,Poria,Atractylodes,Licorice,Turmeric,Shichangpu,Bupleurum,White Peony.There are five types: Scutellaria baicalensis,Uncaria,Shicas,Gastrodia,Achyranthes bidentata,Gardenia.The six types are mainly Guizhi Licorice keel oyster addition and subtraction.7.Analysis of association rules reveals 9 pairwise-related drug pairs and 17 triple-drug combination drug pairs.Conclusion:1.In recent years,the amount of literature on the treatment of PPPD with traditional Chinese medicine has been published rapidly.The level of research in this area has gradually improved,mostly in the central and southern regions,and there are regional differences in the research of PPPD.2.Common Chinese medicines used to treat PPPD: licorice,Bupleurum,Poria,ginger,angelica,etc.,among which licorice is the most frequently used medicine.3.In traditional Chinese medicine for treating PPPD,warm,cold,and mild properties are the main properties of the medicine,sweet,pungent,and bitter are the main medicinal flavors in the medicine,and the spleen meridian,liver meridian,lung meridian,and heart meridian are the main meridians in the medicine.4.In the classification of traditional Chinese medicines for treating PPPD,tonic drugs are the main ones,and in the classification of tonic drugs,qi-invigorating drugs appear the most frequently.5.The syndrome types of vertigo(PPPD)include hyperactivity of liver-yang,syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency,etc..6.Cluster analysis is mainly divided into six categories.The first class is mainly tonic drugs and blood stasis-removing drugs;the second class is mainly drugs that calm the nerves and promote qi,which is consistent with the anxiety of patients with PPPD;the third class is mainly for the treatment Damp medicine and Qi-invigorating medicine;group four are Xiaoyaosan plus turmeric and Shichangpu,which can soothe the liver and invigorate the spleen;group five are mainly part of the medicine of Tianma Gouteng drink.It is consistent with the etiology and pathogenesis of vertigo.Group five are mainly drugs for tranquilizing the nerves.7.Through correlation analysis,it is concluded that the drug pair combination mainly has the effects of soothing the liver and relieving depression,invigorating the spleen and replenishing qi,which is consistent with the anxiety often associated with PPPD patients,and is consistent with the clinical medication rule. |
