Literature-based Research On Medication Rules And Academic Origins For Vertigo

Purpose: By sorting out the clinical prescriptions of vertigo in ancient medical books and literature in the past 10 years,combined with statistical knowledge,exploring the rules of medication for vertigo,providing new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of Chinese medicine.Materials and methods: Based on the electronic ancient book database of the Library of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine-Traditional Chinese Medicine Dianhai and existing paper editions of ancient books,selected relatively influential medical works from the Eastern Han Dynasty to the end of the Qing Dynasty,screened out prescriptions for the treatment of vertigo as the research object,and used computers at the same time Retrieval and manual inspection are combined to collect the original data in ancient books.Included in474 prescriptions,the total frequency of drug use was 4001 times,involving 311 kinds of drugs.WPS software was used to establish a prescription database.The top 50 traditional Chinese medicines in the frequency ranking were used as high-frequency drugs.The correlation analysis method collects statistics on high-frequency drugs,so as to derive the rule of medication used by ancient physicians for the treatment of vertigo.Based on the Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),China Academic Journal Database(Wanfang Data),and Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(Weipu.com)provided by the Library of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,selected(January 1,2011-2020 November)31st)Search the clinical literature of CNKI,Wanfang Data,and Weipu.The keyword is "vertigo" or "dizziness" as the subject term,and "Chinese medicine or integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine" is the subject term.Relevant documents are obtained and screened one by one according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria until documents that meet the criteria are found.Finally,409 related literatures were obtained,409 prescriptions were selected,the total frequency of drug use was5978 times,involving 264 kinds of drugs,WPS software was used to establish a prescription database,the top 50 traditional Chinese medicines in the frequency of use were used as high-frequency drugs,and their properties were analyzed.Through the use of cluster analysis and association analysis methods to make statistics on high-frequency drugs,so as to obtain the drug rule of modern doctors for vertigo in the past 10 years.Results:Analyzing the classics of ancient Chinese medicine by doctors and drawing the following conclusions:(1)High-frequency medicines are licorice,tuckahoe,chuanxiong,ginseng,ginger,atractylodes,pinellia,parsnip,angelica,tangerine peel,scutellaria,white peony,gypsum,asarum,aconite,rehmannia,yam and sage root,etc.,mainly for tonic Deficiency medicine,anti-exposure medicine,etc.(2)The most commonly used medicinal flavor is pungent,the most commonly used medicinal property is warm,and the most commonly used medicine belongs to the spleen meridian,followed by the lung meridian.(3)Six types of high-frequency drugs are most suitable.They are: Poria,Atractylodes,Licorice,Pinellia,Ginger,Bupleurum,Scutellaria,Ginseng,Jujube,Platycodon,Tangerine Peel,Citrus aurantium,Woody.The two groups are Alisma orientalis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Angelica sinensis,Cork,Coptis,Ophiopogon japonicus,Habitat,Shenqu,Yam,Schisandra,Dogwood,Rehmannia,Moutan Bark,Astragalus,Polygala.The three types are aconite,cassia twig,ephedra,dried ginger and almond.The four categories are Rhubarb,Citrus aurantium,and Magnolia officinalis.The five categories are Parsnip,Asarum,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Ligusticum chinense,Gypsum,Angelica dahurica,Nepeta,Qianghuo,Nepeta,Chrysanthemum,Ligustrum The six types are Aconitum,Araceae,and Gastrodia.It can be seen from the results that the commonly used prescriptions for the treatment of vertigo are Xiaochaihu Decoction,Liujunzi Decoction,Shengyu Decoction,Liuwei Dihuang Pill,Mahuang Decoction,Dry Jiang Fuzi Decoction,Xiaochengqi Decoction,Chuanxiong Tea Tiaosan,Xiongzhi Gypsum Decoction and Qianghuo Shengshitang.(4)The correlation analysis shows that 7 groups of commonly used medicine pairs are:Angelica,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Ginseng,Radix Astragali,Qianghuo,Fangfeng,Chuanxiong,Fangfeng,Chrysanthemum,Fangfeng,Rehmannia glutinosa,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Chuanxiong,Gypsum.In the past 10 years,the literature has been compiled and the following conclusions have been drawn:(1)High-frequency medicines are Gastrodia,Pinellia,Poria,Chuanxiong,Atractylodes,Licorice,Pueraria,Angelica,Tangerine Peel,Astragalus,Salvia,Alisma,Uncaria,White Peony,Shichangpu,Codonopsis,Achyranthes,Chrysanthemum,Red Flowers,etc.,are mainly tonic drugs,drugs for calming liver and wind,and drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing stasis.(2)The most commonly used medicinal flavors are sweet,bitter,and pungent.The most commonly used medicinal properties are warm,followed by cold.The most commonly used medicinal meridian is the liver meridian,followed by the heart meridian.(3)Cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs is classified into gastrodia elata,cassia cassia,wild jujube seed,Bupleurum,Uncaria,Oyster,Achyranthes,Eucommia,Shouwu vine,gardenia,scutellaria,chrysanthemum,white peony,Habitat,Prunella vulgaris,keel.The two types are Pinellia,Atractylodes,Poria,Alisma,Licorice,Polygala,Dannanxing,Tangerine Peel,Ginger,Jujube,Ochre,Turmeric,Acorus,Zhuru.The three categories are Astragalus,Angelica,Chuanxiong,Safflower,Red Peony,Codonopsis,and Peach Kernel.The four categories are Qianghuo,Pueraria lobata,Guizhi,Caulis spatholobi and Earthworm.The five categories are dogwood,wolfberry,rehmannia,yam,and tree peony.The six types are Salvia Miltiorrhiza,Stiff Silkworm,and Scorpion.From the results,it can be seen that the commonly used prescriptions for treating vertigo are Tianma Gouteng Decoction,Lingjiao Gouteng Decoction,Erchen Decoction,Ditan Decoction,Buyang Huanwu Decoction,Liuwei Dihuang Pills,Qianzhengsan.(4)Correlation analysis revealed 7 groups of drug pairs: Chuanxiong,Gastrodia,Gastrodia,Uncaria,Cassia,Gastrodia,dried tangerine peel,Pinellia,Zhuru,Pinellia,keel,oyster,Bupleurum,Atractylodes macrocephalaconclusions:1.Ancient physicians mainly used tonic drugs,anti-surface drugs,and heat-clearing drugs,while modern physicians mainly used tonic drugs,liver-relief wind drugs,and blood stasis-activating drugs.2.The most commonly used medicinal flavors by ancient and modern physicians are pungent,sweet,and bitter;both of them are warm-type and cold-type drugs.Ancient physicians used medicines for the spleen meridian as the main medicine,followed by the lung meridian;and modern healers used the medicine for the liver meridian.Drugs are the majority,followed by the heart meridian.3.The high-frequency drugs used by ancient and modern physicians are clustered into six categories,which are the most appropriate.The correlation analysis shows 14 commonly used drug pairs.4.4.The ancient physicians came up with Xiao Chaihu Tang,Liujunzi Tang,Shengyu Tang,Liuwei Dihuang Wan,Mahuang Tang,Dry Jiang Fuzi Tang,Xiaochengqi Tang,Chuanxiong Tea Tiaosan,Xiongzhi Gypsum Decoction and Qianghuo Shengshi Tang as The main prescriptions for the treatment of vertigo;modern physicians have found that Tianma Gouteng Decoction,Lingjiao Gouteng Decoction,Erchen Decoction,Ditan Decoction,Buyang Huanwu Decoction,Liuwei Dihuang Wan,Qianzheng Powder are the main prescriptions for the treatment of vertigo.
