The implementation of the "healthy China" strategy requires medical institutions at all levels in China to provide more satisfactory health services and enhance the people's sense of acquisition.Public hospitals are the main body of the medical service system in China,which undertakes most of the medical service work,and the evaluation of patient satisfaction has become a powerful hand in the supervision and management of the hospital by the health administration.Through the analysis of the results of the satisfaction survey,medical institutions can obtain the key factors that affect the patient's medical experience,take the problem as the direction to formulate targeted measures to promote the medical institutions to improve the patient's satisfaction.Through the methods of literature research,qualitative interview experts and subject group discussion,this study conducted a qualitative interview with senior medical staff and hospital management experts,and designed a questionnaire on the satisfaction of inpatients in Q city,which measured the satisfaction of 412 inpatients with basic hospital conditions,medical service level,medical service attitude,medical treatment process,auxiliary facilities and medical expenses.satisfaction evaluation results using excel input and quantitative scoring,using spss 21 for data analysis,using multiple comparisons in univariate variance analysis to analyze the satisfaction of survey subjects with different socio-demographic characteristics.the results found that different socio-demographic characteristics such as hospital,patient age,education level,and type of medical insurance had a certain effect on the satisfaction of inpatients.The study found that the overall satisfaction of inpatients was73.42,of which the highest satisfaction of medical service attitude was 80.87,the lowest satisfaction of auxiliary facilities was 67.51,the satisfaction of other dimensions of hospital basic conditions was 76.15,the satisfaction of medical service level was 78.93,the satisfaction of medical treatment process was 68.20,and the satisfaction of medical expenses was 69.03.This study analyzed the factors that affect the satisfaction of inpatients from the government level,hospital level and patient level,and proposed to improve the medical service and improve the satisfaction of inpatients by promoting the development of high quality medical service.In light of the opportunities and challenges of Third-Class general hospitals of Q city,concrete suggestions are puting forward for adhering to the government's leadership,increasing the input of health resources,good management of medical industry,improving the financing ability of medical insurance funds,improving medical servicecapacity,consolidating medical quality and safety,improving medical process,innovating medical service mode,creating humanistic medical service and strengthening logistic service.
