With the process of the further improvement of medical services action plan by National Health and Family Planning Commission,which requires all medical institutions to collect patient satisfaction data as a measurement of the various level of hospital services throughout the country,local health administrative departments and hospital managers have paid full attention to patient satisfaction;Moreover,medical institutions is facing with increasingly intense market competition,which means that they have to make the hospital construction stepping into the benign orbit of outstanding development,only when then ensured satisfied medical services provision to patient.In recent years,the state has continuously promulgation policies to encourage social capital to entering the medical field,to increasing the richness of the medical market competition.Besides,medical services as one of the core competitiveness of non-public hospitals,it is necessary to compare the real gap between the public hospitals and the non-publics,as a valid approach to find out a way to achieve better satisfaction on patients of public hospitals,in this way,providing suggestions to improve the public hospitals medical service.The results of this paper show that there is a significant difference in patient satisfaction between public and non-public hospitals in terms of medical environment and medical services(P<0.05).Therefore,so as to improve patient satisfaction,public hospital administrators should put into more effort to improve the hospital environment and the quality of medical services.
