The Effect Of Catgut Embedding At Acupoints On Blood Pressure, ET-1 And HsCRP In People With Normal High Blood Pressure

Objective:To observe the effect of acupoint catch-embedding therapy on blood pressure,plasma et-1 and hs CRP of normal high blood pressure patients,and to evaluate the intervention effect of acupoint catch-embedding therapy on normal high blood pressure patients.Methods: Will be included in the standard of 88 patients from the second affiliated hospital of hunan university of Chinese medicine patients divided into two groups,including health education group of 48 cases,acupuncture point bury quad 40 cases,control group only give health mission,the treatment group on the basis of health education and treatment with acupuncture point bury line,15 d at a time,one at a time period of treatment,a total of four courses of treatment.The blood pressure change value,ET-1value and hs CRP were compared before and after the experiment to determine the intervention effect.Results: In this study,102 cases were selected and 14 cases were dropped,and the effective number of cases was 88,including 48 cases in the health education group and 40 cases in the acupoint embedding group.The data of the two groups are as follows:(1)Blood pressure: the difference of blood pressure before and after treatment between the two groups was statistically significant,and the blood pressure decreased after treatment compared with that before treatment(P < 0.01).In addition,the decrease of blood pressure in acupoint line embedding group was significantly greater than that in the health education group,and there was significant statistical difference between the two groups(P < 0.01).(2)ET-1: comparison of plasma et-1 before and after treatment between the two groups showed statistical significance(P < 0.01),and the decreased value of acupoint line embedding group was higher than that of the health propaganda group(P < 0.01).(3)hs CRP: there was a statistically significant difference in the hs CRP values measured before and after treatment between the two groups(P <0.01),and the hs CRP values of the acupoint embedding group after the end of the experiment were lower than those of the health education group(P <0.05).Conclusion:Appropriate health education can reduce blood pressure,ET-1 and hs CRP in patients with normal high blood pressure to a certain extent,supplemented by acupuncture point bury line for high values of blood pressure normal population indices such as blood pressure,blood vessels,ET-1,hs CRP pure health education more significantly,the influence of more can reduce the incidence of target organ damage and other complications,suitable for clinical promotion.
