Strengthen The Acupuncture Point Bury Line Method Of Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Colon Slow Transit Constipation

Purpose: to observe strengthen acupuncture point bury line method clinical curative effect for the treatment of colon slow transit constipation.Method: 60 patients with colon slow transit constipation, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group 31 cases, treatment using the improved acupoints embedded wire method. Control group 29 cases, moser will benefit oral folic acid treatment. Treatment group, control group oral drugs for 2 weeks. Observe two groups of patients before treatment, 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 weeks of each symptom scores for comparative analysis.Results:1. 2 weeks, the treatment group and control group in patients with symptoms before treatment were improved, the treatment group total effective rate was 77.4%, control group total effective rate was 79.3%, no statistical significance P > 0.05, no difference between the two groups of curative effect.2. 4 weeks, the treatment group total effective rate was 80.6%, two weeks after discontinuation of the control group 4 weeks, the total effective rate was 27.6%, P < 0.01 was statistically significant, prompt treatment group curative effect is better than the control group.3. 6 weeks, the treatment group total effective rate was 83.9%, four weeks after discontinuation of the control group 6 weeks the total effective rate was 24.1%, P < 0.01 was statistically significant, the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group.Conclusion: improved acupuncture point bury line method treatment of colon slow transit constipation curative effect is distinct, the long-term curative effect is better than oral citrate moser will benefit.
