| Objective:Using data mining data technology to analyze and study the professor's experience in treating lumbar disc herniation in order to sum up the rules of medication,inherit his academic thoughts,and provide a clinical basis for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:A total of 569 patients with lumbar disc herniation were enrolled in the outpatient clinic.The clinical data,including the basic information of the patients and the content of prescription,were summarized through the EXCEL table,and then conduct data mining by SPSS Statistics 20 and SPSS Modeler 14.2 and analyze the drug pairs to get the rule of drug combination.Finally,under the guidance of Chinese medicine theory,experience in treating lumbar disc herniation and the rules of medication of professor Weng Fengquan are summarized.Results:A total of 569 cases were included in the inclusion criteria,a total of 87 Chinese medicines were used,with a total frequency of 9264 times.The analysis found that 30 Chinese medicines such as Salvia,Eucommia,Rhizoma Drynariae,Achyranthes and Mulberry were used frequently;there are 10 pairs of commonly used drug pairs;cluster analysis shows three types of drug combinations;the medicine used to treat lumbar disc herniation are mainly with rheumatism removing drugs,tonic drugs,blood circulation and blood stasis drugs and heat clearance drugs.Conclusion:Professor Weng Fengquan believes that the external cause of lumbar disc herniation is mechanical compression,and the internal causes are blood stasis such ascent-descent disorder of visceral Qi that it causes pain;deficiency of Qi and blood leads to Liver-kidney deficiency,which can not nourish the waist and cause pain.In addition,dampness disease is a pathogenic factor in the South of the Five Ridges.The treatment is based on nourishing the liver and kidney and strengthening the bones and muscles,and attaches importance to the application of Damp-Drying,strengthening the spleen and tonifying Qi. |
