Non-surgical Treatment Regulars And Its Effect Analysis Of Lumbar Disc Herniation Based On Electronic Medical Record System

Objective: Lumbar disc herniation(LDH)is one of the common diseases of spine,the nature of pain as the root of pain,so severe,Serious influence the life quality of patients.Non-surgical treatment plays an important role in the treatment of LDH.It was found that most of the patients could get satisfactory results through non-surgical treatment.This study reviews Rui kang affiliated hospital of Guangxi Medical University electronic medical record system,collected on January 1,2017 to June 31,2019,in "the lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion electronic medical records for the first diagnosis in spinal surgery,using Data Mining(DM),summarize our non-surgical treatment law of LDH,summarized the treatment core idea,analysis of therapeutic effect.The results of this study can provide references for clinicians,especially inexperienced young doctors,in formulating non-surgical treatment plans for LDH,provide references for future academic studies,and contribute to the inheritance of treatment experience.Method: After consulting with experts to formulate inclusion and exclusion criteria,collect the medical records required by the research in the electronic medical record system,extract the data,clean the data,and classify the data into Excel after standardization.The frequency analysis of general information,treatment measures,combination forms and Traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions of patients was conducted by Excel,and the correlation analysis of treatment measures,Traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions and other data was conducted by IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software to compare theefficacy of commonly used treatment combinations.To summarize the clinical thinking and curative effect of nonsurgical treatment of LDH in our hospital.Result:1.General information statistics of patients: a total of 363 patients were included in this study,including 191 males and 172 females.There were28 people aged 18 to 30,134 people aged 31 to 50 and 201 people aged 51 to70.2.Analysis of treatment measures: 10 non-surgical treatment measures of LDH were collected.The western medicines and Iron therapy were the most commonly used single treatment measures in patients of different genders and ages,with the total frequency of use reaching 97.5% and 92.6%respectively.The three most commonly used treatment measures in our hospital are "Iron therapy-The western medicines","The western medicines-Entitled wine","Entitled wine-Entitled wine".Treatment combinations were most commonly used with 4 combinations,accounting for 26.9%.The most commonly used treatment combinations were "Iron therapy + Entitled wine +Moxibustion + The western medicines","Iron therapy + The western medicines","Iron therapy + Iron therapy + The western medicines".3.Analysis of Chinese medicine prescription: the drugs with the frequency higher than 20 times were angelica 60 times,tuckaing 54 times,rehmannia rehmanniae 47 times,licorice 46 times,white peony 46 times,Chinese yam39 times,radix codonopsis 37 times,Chinese medlar 33 times,ligusticum chuanxiong 31 times,astragalus 31 times,dogwood 28 times,morinda 20 times.The top five medicines in terms of the number of flavors are tonic,blood-activating and blood-stasis removing drugs,heat-clearing drugs,wind-dispelling and moistening drugs,and line qi drugs,from high to low.The top five drugs in terms of total use frequency were tonic for deficiency(45.74%),invigorating blood circulation and removing blood stasis(14.89%),moisture-reducing drugs(6.65%),heat-clearing drugs(6.03%),andhealth-promoting drugs(5.93%).The most commonly used Chinese medicine collocation is "angelica-astragalus","angelica-chuanxiong","ground-yam-angelica".4.Curative effect analysis: In the treatment combination with frequency ?10,the treatment combination with the highest cure rate is "Iron therapy + Entitled wine + Moxibustion + The western medicines",reaching73.3%.The most effective treatment combination was "Iron therapy + Entitled wine + The western medicines",which reached 94.1%.Conclusion:1.There was no significant gender difference among LDH patients treated with non-surgical treatment,and non-surgical treatment was more common in older patients.2.The western medicines and Iron therapy are the core treatment measures;"Iron therapy-The western medicines","The western medicines-Entitled wine","Iron therapy-Entitled wine" is the most core treatment measures;The most commonly used combination of treatment is "Iron therapy + Entitled wine + Moxibustion + The western medicines".3.Angelica,poria coxcomb,licorice,rehmannia rehmanniae,white peony root,yam,codonopsis,ligusticum chuanxiong,astragalus astragalus,medlar and dogwood are the core single drug;Tonic for deficiency,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,clearing heat,dispelling wind and dampness,invigorating qi and removing dampness are common medicines of LDH."angelica-astragalus","angelica-chuanxiong","ground-yam-angelica" as the core medicine pair.4.The treatment combination "Iron therapy + Entitled wine + Moxibustion + The western medicines" and "Iron therapy + Entitled wine + The western medicines" can achieve a better treatment effect.The effect is not simply compounded by the number of treatments.
