Based On Data Mining Technology Of Acupuncture Clinical Study Of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective:To count the Acupoints of the modern literature which used the Acupuncture treatment to heal the lumbar disc herniation, and using data mining techniques to collate and analyze the literature concluded acupuncture prescriptions acupoints frequency,acupoints division between acupoints group party relationship, to explore the law and principles of acupuncture Prescription treatment of lumbar disc herniation and to revealed the use of acupoints and meridians compatibility features of the law,in order to Acupoint side effects associated with acupuncture studies provide a reliable scientific basis. At the same time we can discover some new acupoints group, and verify its effectiveness and mechanism of action through further scientific experiments and clinical studies.Method:Data mining samples were of using "acupuncture, lumbar disc disease" or "acupuncture, lumbar disc herniation" as the title, or keyword to search the database which contains the core journal literature that from 2004.1-2008.12 in Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database of Weipu. The patients in Clinical research component were selected in 2009.1-2009.8 Shiyan City Taihe Hospital, acupuncture inpatients, according to admission criteria to choose the order of the 90 patients with inclusion criteria, checking random number table, the patients whose number is 1-30 were incorporated into the Acupuncture group 1,31-60 into Acupuncture group 1,61-90 into the Control group. Acupuncture group 1 received treatment by data mining technology group side acupoints acupuncture, electro-acupuncture treatment; Acupuncture group 2 received regular acupuncture, electro-acupuncture treatment; Control group use analgesics Traction therapy. Observed before and after treatment symptoms, signs and Fairbank JC condition of low back pain score.Results:This study relies on statistical data mining techniques and analysis of the past five years, acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of lumbar disc herniation in the core journal literature and found that acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for lumbar disc herniation acupoints to main acupoints along meridians and acupoints with the local. Mainly selected by the Urinary Bladder Meridian of Gallbladder Meridian of Foot-Shaoyang through the acupoints, selected acupoints are mainly Wushu Points and Xiahe Points. Weizhong, Yang Lingquan, Huantiao, Huatuojiaji is the most commonly used acupoints in clinical acupuncture treatment for lumbar disc herniation. Acupuncture group 1, Acupuncture group 2 and the Control group have no significant difference (P>0.05) in gender composition, age, and the curative effect. The treatment results showed that Acupuncture group 1 and Acupuncture group 2 no significant differences in efficacy and relapse rate. But the two acupuncture groups compared with the Control group there were significantly difference. Description through data mining techniques drawn from the analysis that Acupuncture group 1 which has less acupoints can gain the same effects as Acupuncture group 2 which has more acupoints.Conclusion:Traditional acupoints for acupuncture treatment and adoption of data mining technology group selected acupoints for treatment gain the same effects and recurrence rates, and the two data through the test have no significant difference, but the number of acupoints of selected data mining group was less than the other one.This result will provide a reasonable basis for further study with the acupoints.
