The Early Intervention Effect Of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction On Postmenopausal Osteoporosis Model Rats

Objective:To observe the effect of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction on the kidney-reinforcing effect of early intervention on ovarian-removed postmenopausal osteoporosis in rat models,and to study the kidney-reinforcing effect and mechanism of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction on the early intervention of postmenopausal osteoporosis,to provide experimental basis for the study of delaying the occurrence and development of postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods:Six-month-old SD female rats were divided into sham operation group,model group,a Liuwei Dihuang decoction group,and an alendronate sodium tablet group(positive drug group)according to the random number table method.Except for sham operation group,rats in each group were prepared by postmenopausal osteoporosis rat model by removing bilateral ovaries.Beginning on the 5th day after surgery,model rats in each group were dosed according to body weight to the 90 th day after surgery.Observe the changes in body weight of rats in each group,and detect the bone mineral density(BMD)value,blood calcium(Ca),blood phosphorus(P),serum estradiol(E2),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),Tartrate acid phosphatase(TRACP)and osteocalcin(BGP)levels were observed by HE staining to observe the morphology of bone tissue.Results:Compared with the model group,the Liuwei Dihuang Decoction group can significantly increase the BMD value and serum E2,Ca,P levels,reduce serum ALP,BGP,and TRACP levels in model rats,reduce trabecular bone fractures and fat cells in the bone marrow cavity,and inhibited the obesity caused by the continuous excessive weight gain of model rats.Conclusion:The early intervention of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction onpostmenopausal osteoporosis can delay the occurrence and development of the disease.Its main mechanism of action and Liuwei Dihuang Decoction increase the level of estrogen in postmenopausal women,regulate the balance between bone resorption and bone formation,and reduce the level of BGP,ALP,TRACP in serum to slow down the loss of Ca and P in bone minerals In order to reduce the trabecular bone fracture and the content of fat cells in the bone marrow,or to suppress obesity caused by excessive weight gain,it is related to delaying the rate of decrease of BMD value.
