Clinical Observation Of Xiaoke No. 8 Recipe In The Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes With Hyperlipemia Due To Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency

Objective:In this study,we observed the clinical effect of Xiaoke No.8 formula in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia(Liver depression and spleen deficiency),to evaluate the curative effect of this prescription on reducing blood sugar and lipid.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,60 patients in the Department of endocrinology of Hunan Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were selected,all of whom met the inclusion criteria for the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia(Liver depression and spleen deficiency).Randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases each.The treatment group was treated with metformin sustained-release tablets+acarbose+Xiaoke No.8 formula+atorvastatin calcium tablets orally,while the control group was treated with metformin sustained-release tablets+acarbose+atorvastatin calcium tablets orally.The course of treatment in both groups was 8 weeks.The changes of FBs,2hPG,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood lipid level,body weight,BMI and TCM symptoms were observed before and after treatment.At the same time,the adverse reactions were observed.Results:1.The reverse side of TCM syndrome score:the improvement of TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).2.In terms of weight loss,the weight loss in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the index improvement was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).3.In the aspect of reducing blood sugar,the improvement of fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the treatment group was different from that in the control group(P<0.01).4.In the aspect of reducing blood fat,the improvement of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C in the treatment group was different from that in the control group(P<0.01).5.There was no adverse reaction between the two groups.Conclusions:Xiaoke No.8 formula has good clinical effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia(Liver depression and spleen deficiency),without obvious side effects.It has high clinical value and can be further studied and popularized.
