Objective:To study the clinical features of patients with bronchiectasis(BE),and the relationship between hemoptysis and disease severity. Methods:A total of 104 patients with acute bronchiectasis diagnosed as acute exacerbation from high-resolution computed tomograpy(HRCT)in the period from January 2015 to 2016 during the period from January 2015 to 2016 were counted. For the two groups, there were 40 cases of hemoptysis group,17 males and 23 females, with an average age of 56.18±13.22 years;64 patients without hemoptysis,43 males and 21 females, with an average age of59.66±11.71 years.Retrospective analysis of gender, age, height, weight, cause,HRCT,sputum culture, and other data.Results:1.The main symptoms were cough, sputum, hemoptysis, fever, and dyspnea, which accounted for 81.73%,74.04%,38.46%,25.96%,and 22.12%of the total.Among them,14 cases were patients with repeated hemoptysis as the only symptom, and 4 of them had selective bronchial artery embolization in the interven-tional department.2.There was no significant difference in age, sex, body mass index(BMI)and smoking history between the hemoptysis group and the non-hemochromatosis group(P>0.05).The median FACED score in the hemoptysis group was 3,and the non-hemopty group was 1.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The most common cause was idiopathic(16 cases with hemoptysis and 18 cases without hemoptysis),followed by post-infection branching(18 cases with hemoptysis and 32 cases without hemoptysis).3.The median number of lung lobe involvement in hemoptysis was 3,the median HRCT score was 5,chest CT showed only 19cases(47.5%)of columnar ectasia, and there were 29 cases of cystic bronchiectasis.72.5%);The median number of lung lobe involvement in the non-hemopty group was 3,the median HRCT score was 5 points, and chest CT showed only 23 cases(35.9%)of columnar ectasia, with cystic bronchiectasis 17 cases(26.6%).In addition to the number of affected lobes and HRCT scores, chest CT examination revealed significant differences in the presence of cystic extension and only columnar expansion. In the two groups of patients with bronchoscopy, the left lower lobe(68.27%)was the most affected, followed by the right lower lobe, left lingual lobe, and right middle lobe.4.Hemoptysis group Pseudomonas aeruginosa colonization in11 cases(27.5%);non-hemochromia group Pseudomonas aeruginosa colonization in 7 cases(10.9%).There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in the number of P.aeruginosa colonization cases(X~2=4.72,P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The main symptoms of hospitalized patients with bronchiectasis are cough, sputum, and hemoptysis. The left lower lobe involved the most, followed by the right lower lobe, left lingual lobe, and right middle lobe. The most common cause is idiopathic.2.In this study,38.46%of patients with coronary stenting had previous hemoptysis. The hemoptysis group had higher disease severity(FACED score, cystic bronchiectasis, and P.aeruginosa colonization)than those in the non-hemochromia group.
