ObjectiveDiscussion sparse dense wave after wave of clinical effect in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, to draw a clear treatment of lumbar disc herniation optimum waveform and frequency.MethodAfter 114 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into dense wave sparse wave 38 cases,38 cases of 38 cases and dense wave density wave group. Dense wave after wave sparse group with conventional acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, electro-acupuncture 15min before first use 80Hz,20Hz stand 15min after treatment, and be energized for the degree of patient tolerance; dense wave group with conventional acupuncture, electro-acupuncture therapy,30min treatment processes are used 80Hz, increase 15min after electrical stimulation to the patient tolerate the degree. Density wave density wave group with a frequency of 80Hz, to be energized, the current strength of the patients tolerate the degree, after leaving the needle for 15 minutes, to be energized for the degree of patient tolerance to stay needle 15min.1 treatment every other day,5 times for one course, were treated two course of treatment interval of 2 days. Assessed before and after the end of each course.ResultAfter treatment, thinning dense wave after wave group recovered 15.42%, effective 40.55 percent,32.25 percent effective, the total effective rate 88.22%; dense wave group recovered 7.56 percent, effective 30.21 percent, 33.57 percent effective, the total effective rate 71.34%. Density wave group recovered 5.68 percent, effective 29.34 percent,35.53 percent effective, the total effective rate 70.55%. Comparison of the three, the total effective rate was no significant difference (P> 0.05), but markedly effective rate (cure+markedly), the sparse dense wave after wave group is better than dense wave group and the pure density wave group (P<0.05). Three groups of patients after treatment JOA scores before and after treatment were significantly increased (P<0.01) compared between the two groups have significant difference (P<0.01), dense wave after wave sparse group is better than dense wave group and pure density wave group. The three groups before and after treatment JOA improvement index, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), dense wave after wave group sparse dense wave group and better than pure density wave group. Three groups of patients after treatment VAS scores before treatment were decreased significantly compared (P<0.01), but between the two groups there was no significant difference (P> 0.05).ConclusionThe results show:Shu density wave after wave treatment of lumbar disc herniation is a safe and effective therapy; efficacy of the overall clinical efficacy sparse dense wave after wave treatment of lumbar disc herniation or simply for pure dense wave density wave therapy no significant difference, but in markedly effective rate, sparse density wave after wave not only better than dense wave therapy is better than just a simple density-wave therapy treatment; and can play to improve function in patients with lumbar disc herniation disorders and quality of life and better than pure sparse or dense wave wave. Thus, the efficacy of this therapy, worthy of clinical application.
