Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Acupuncture Combined With Whole Body Vertical Vibration In The Treatment Of Calf Triceps Spasm After Stroke

Objective: Observing the comparison of acupuncture combined with whole body vertical vibration therapy on the tension,motor function,ankle joint mobility score and curative effect of the triceps muscles of stroke patients,it provides some experimental basis for clinical treatment of the disease.Methods: Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into acupuncture treatment group(acupuncture treatment group),whole body vertical vibration treatment group(vibration treatment group),and acupuncture combined with whole body vertical vibration treatment group(combination treatment group).Each group of patients underwent corresponding intervention on the basis of basic rehabilitation therapy for a total of 4 weeks.They were observed before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment.MAS(modified Ashworth)was used to assess the tension of the affected side,Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment of the lower limbs,and ankle Evaluation of joint mobility and changes in the efficacy of the three groups.Results:.(1)Compared with before treatment,the MAS scores of the three groups were lower than before,and the FMA motor function score and ankle joint activity score were increased compared with before,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).(2)After 4 weeks of treatment,compared with the acupuncture treatment group and the vibration treatment group,the MAS score of the combined treatment group was significantly reduced,and the FMA score and ankle joint activity score were significantly improved.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).After treatment,the scores of the pricking treatment group and the vibration treatment group were basically the same,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)After 4 weeks of treatment in the three groups,compared with the acupuncture treatment group and the vibration treatment group,the difference in MAS score,FMA motor function and ankle joint activity score in the combined treatment group increased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the difference between the scores of the acupuncture treatment group and the vibration treatment group after treatment is basically the same,the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05).(4)After 4 weeks of treatment,the three groups of treatment have obvious effects.The clinical effectiveness of the combined treatment group is higher than that of the acupuncture treatment group and the vibration treatment group.The difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in the effect of vibration treatment group(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Acupuncture treatment,whole body vertical vibration treatment and combined treatment can reduce the muscular tension of the triceps of the lower leg after stroke,improve the patient's lower extremity motor function and passive ankle dorsiflexion activity.(2)The therapeutic effect of combination therapy is superior to simple acupuncture therapy or whole body vertical vibration therapy,which is worthy of further clinical application.
