Observation On The Efficacy Of Acupuncture Combined With Vibration Therapy On Proprioception Disorder Of Knee Joint In Stroke Patient

Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with vibration therapy on proprioceptive dysesthesia of knee joint in stroke patients,and to find an effective treatment for proprioceptive dysesthesia after stroke,so as to guide clinical application.Methods:60 patients with knee proprioception disorder after stroke,with random number table,randomly divided into 3 groups,group A for acupuncture group 20 cases,group B vibration therapy group 20 cases,group C for acupuncture combined with vibration therapy group 20 cases.Three groups of treatment 1 time/day,5 times per week,4 weeks for a period of treatment,treatment of two period of treatment.Three groups respectively before and after 2 courses of treatment with lower limb FMA scale on the side of the lower limb motor function were assessed and using Tecnobody PK252P balance and proprioception test system and knee proprioception.Results:1、The overall efficacy:lower limb FMA integral comparison,compared with group A,B and C group total effective rate was higher than group A,statistically significant difference(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the total effective rate was higher than group B,group C differences statistically significant(P<0.05).Prompt the improvement of the lower limb motor function in group C curative effect is superior to group A and group B,group B curative effect is better than that of group A.2、3 groups before and after treatment in the FMA,were statistically significant(P<0.01),suggesting three groups all can improve the motor function of patients with lower limb;Compared three groups after treatment,compared with A,B FMA increase statistically difference(P<0.01).Compared with group A,B,C group of FMA increase statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05),in group C increase the curative effect of patients with lower limb motor function is better than the other two groups.3、Determination of three groups before and after treatment knee proprioception,were statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01);Tip three groups of treatment all can improve lateral knee proprioception disorder.Compared three groups after treatment,compared with group A,B and C group,were statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01);Compared with group B,group C no statistical difference(P>0.05);That B and C group in improving the curative effect is better than that of group A knee proprioception.Conclusion:1、Acupuncture treatment and vibration therapy can improve stroke patients with different extent of knee proprioception,improve the patient’s lower limb FMA movement function integral,has a certain clinical curative effect.2、Vibration therapy on knee proprioception is superior to the curative effect of acupuncture treatment.3、Acupuncture combined with vibration therapy in lower limb motor function significantly superior to simple acupuncture therapy or vibration therapy,but in terms of proprioception improvement is not obvious.
