Research On The Problems Of Maternal And Child Health Management In Longwan District, Wenzhou City

With the gradual liberalization of the fertility policy and the increase of the number of births,the number of elderly and high-risk pregnant women has increased significantly.As a result,the risks of pregnancy complications and birth defects of newborns have increased.Our country 's maternal and child health services are facing unprecedented challenges and pressures.Therefore,it is urgent and necessary to effectively make up for the shortcomings in the management of maternal and child health at the grass-roots work and effectively improve the ability of maternal and child health management and service.From the perspective of maternal and child health management institutions in Longwan District,Wenzhou City,this paper systematically and comprehensively analyzed the current situation of management and conducted in-depth interviews with relevant personnel to find out the key factors affecting the management of maternal and child health in Longwan District,and then put forward practical and effective suggestions.The results showed that because of policy adjustment,resource integration,urban village reconstruction and absence of mechanisms and other factors,the management of maternal and child health at the grass-roots level have resulted in an increase in high-risk groups,the increase of birth defects,scattered target groups,limited job title appointment,shortage of medical personnel and so on.After further research,suggestions and comments were made to strengthen the quality of women's and children's health management and improve the service levels of maternal and child health,such as strengthening policy guarantee,speeding up resource integration,accelerating service system construction,increasing education guidance.Although the research was on a small scale,due to the diversity of its influencing factors,it can also be seen as a supplement to the research field of grass-roots maternal and child health management in China.The research results can offer lessons for grass-roots health system and regional government.
