ObjectivesTo analyze some key health problems and related influencing factors of maternal and child population in Yuzhong county in recent years,including the death situation of children under five years old,changes in disease spectrum in premarital medical examination,women's common gynecological disease prevalence and cervical cancer screening.To targeted provide theoretical basis for improving the health status of local maternal and child population and the level of maternal and child health services.MethodsYuzhong County Maternal and Child Health Center was available for collecting child death monitoring data and report card of children under 5 years old from 2009 to 2015,premarital medical checkup registration data from 2010 to 2015,cervical cancer screening case registration data from 2013 to 2015,relying on the national "county-township-village" three levels maternal and child health network.Vertical comparison and Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the related indicators.Results1.The death of children under five years old in Yuzhong County of Gansu Province from 2009 to 20151.1 The mortality of newborns,infant and children under five years old were respectively 8.15‰,10.28‰,11.57‰.Neonatal deaths accounted for 70.48 percent of deaths of children under five years old.The average annual decline in mortality rate of infants and children under 5 years old slower than that of the country in the same period(P<0.05).1.2 The first six causes of neonatal death was asphyxia,premature or low birth weight,congenital heart disease,pneumonia,other congenital anomalies and other neonatal diseases.And the cumulative proportion was 85.58%,in which asphyxia accounted for 34.68%.2.The premarital medical examination in Yuzhong County of Gansu Province from 2010 to 20152.1 The detection rate of disease was 7.69%,among which male detection rate(11.37%)was higher than female(4.02%)(P<0.05).2.2 Reproductive system diseases accounted for 49.53% with the largest percent of disease detection,and followed by designated infectious diseases with the proportion of 47.56%.Reproductive system diseases of male(64.60%)was higher than that designated infectious diseases(34.41%).The reproductive system diseases were mainly long prepuce.Designated infectious diseases of female(84.68%)was higher than that reproductive system diseases(6.96%).The designated infectious diseases were mainly hepatitis B surface antigen positive.3.Cervical cancer and common gynecological diseases screening in Yuzhong County of Gansu Province from 2013 to 20153.1 The detection rate of cervical cancer was 8.42/10 million in this 11880 cases of screening women.3.2 The detection rate of common gynecological diseases was 65.64% in this screening.40~ age group was the highest percent(38.50%)among the detected diseases,followed by 30~ age group(30.70%).3.3 The main categories of detected diseases were cervical diseases,in which the detection rate of cervical erosion was 18.58% in the first place.And the cervical erosion rate of 30~ age group(33.5%)was the highest.Conclusions1.The mortality rate of children under five years old of this county is lower than that of the country.The key to reducing the mortality rate of children under five years old was to reduce neonatal mortality,especially to reduce the incidence and mortality rate of birth asphyxia.2.The disease detection rate of premarital medical examination was high in the population of registered and voluntary acceptance of premarital.The detected diseases of male were mainly too-long foreskin,and the female were mainly hepatitis B surface antigen positive.3.The gynecological disease detected rate of cervical cancer screening was high,especially the 30 to 49 age group.
