The Intelligence Support And Service Of Key Discipline Construction Of Maternal And Child Health Care Institutions In Shandong Province

Objective:The research collect the related data to have a clear understanding of the status of the construction of key disciplines in Shandong province and the existing problems in the construction of key disciplines. The purpose is to provide direct management consulting service and feasible resources for the discipline construction and promote the construction of key subject in the field of maternal and child health.Methods:Collect the relevant documents of key discipline key professional and key laboratory of medicine and health care of Shandong province during the past 20 years, track in chronological order, summary and detailed description. The purpose is to form the report of the historical process of key subject construction and development in Shandong province.Collect the related information of all key disciplines, key laboratories and key professional in Shandong province before December 2013, organize quantitative data.Then use Excel to establish database to statistical analysis the data.By screening for related documents, the research extracts the first-level indicators of the 10 disciplines construction standards. According to the different index of each class, the research compare and analysis the similarities and differences among the set items, quantity and contents. Combined with medicine and health care current in Shandong province, the research expect to give decision-making reference and operational guidelines for the construction of key disciplines.Results:1 The development of the construction of the key disciplines in Shandong province has experienced create stage 1993～1996.In this period, the government make out the original construction management methods and detailed rules. Exploratory and specification stage 1997～2010. Rapid development stage 2011～2013, the coverage of the construction of key disciplines expanded, amounting to about 285.2 At present, the province have a total of 99 key professional,71 of the key disciplines and 115 of key laboratory.They distribute in 7 kinds of the nature of the unit. The number of key subject of general hospital total 74.38%. In public health field, the disease control agencies and specialized subject hospitals have a less number of the key discipline.The number of key discipline in the field of maternal and child health is zero, in addition to Jinan, Qingdao, linyi. In the 285 key engineering projects, there are 10 (kind of) subject name appear at the same time, involved in 71 project name.3 Relate materials of medical key subject construction involving 10 first level indicator, respectively, the overall situation, the leader, the academic team, Performance of scientific research, professional teaching, clinical performance, academic level and position, technology and application, supporting conditions (hardware construction),the management and protection.Conclusions:1 The effect of the key construction projects of medicine and health care in shandong province was obvious in the past 20 years.2 Three key construction projects mainly rely on the provincial level units, colleges and universities and scientific research institutions. There also exist some problems. The proportion of the provincial level units and the colleges and universities is too large. In public health field, the number of key projects is serious shortage especially women and children health care field. The name of key construction project are confusion and have not unified standard. The entire province have 164 maternity and child care institutions, but only three institutions have five key professional maternity and children’s health care centers.3 Some institution attaches great importance to the application, despise management and espise supervision.4 The construction of key subject of medicine and health care need to give full play of the leader. Make Ten first-level indicators for key disciplines of hospital construction as the main content. Use the secondary indicators to guidelines the key discipline construction work. Give full play the intelligence support in key discipline construction.5 To strengthen the key disciplines of maternity and child care institutions in Shandong province, maternal and child health care institutions expect policy support and strengthen to construct the key subject. The project classification and subject name needs to be standardized. Make clear the subject and object of the key discipline construction in maternal and child health care organization.Strengthen the supervision and management of construction of the key discipline of maternal and child health care institutions is our common goal.
