Research On The Conflict Between Doctors And Patients And Its Resolution In Ruian City

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of economic standards,people pay more and more attention to health,and put forward higher requirements for the quality of medical services,which leads to the increasing doctor-patient conflict incidents.The incident of doctor-patient conflict can easily cause social public opinion events to become the focus of social attention,but also become an important factor affecting social stability,people's unity and economic development,and presents the characteristics of more and more violence,more and more organized,social harmfulness and so on.The main reasons for the frequent conflict between doctors and patients are the lack of risk cognition,the weak concept of legal system,imperfect emergency mechanism of the hospital,poor communication between doctors and patients,imperfect mechanism of medical and health system,insufficient government financial input and poor management,media of false report causes the adverse influence to the medical profession and so on.How to governance the doctor-patient conflicts,guarantees the social harmony and stability development,has become the most important.Under the background of frequent doctor-patient conflict,this paper takes Ruian City as an example,adopts literature research method,case analysis method and theoretical analysis method to study the subject.Firstly,by collecting and sorting out the relevant literature,the concept of doctor-patient conflict is defined as a kind of behavior under the relationship between doctor-patient dispute,and then combs the present situation and characteristics of doctor-patient conflict in Ruian City,and analyzes the causes of doctor-patient conflict.Analyzes objectively the present situation of the management of the doctor-patient conflict in Ruian City,and summarizes the doctor-patient conflict in Ruian City.The problems in the disposal process of the doctor-patient conflict in Ruian City include : the disposal is slow and always mediate differences at the sacrifice of principle,lack of government communication and relief channels,no official notice,no implementation of the accountability system,and the understanding of crisis management is insufficient.Through the causes and existing problems,this paper puts forward the management countermeasures from three aspects: the preventive mechanism before disposal,the resolution mechanism in disposal and the aftercare mechanism after disposal,and tries to find an effective method to improve the resolution of doctor-patient conflict in Ruian City.
