Doctor-patient relationship refers to the interpersonal relationship between medical staff and patients and their families in the process of medical behavior,Is the most common and basic social relationship.In recent years,although the level of domestic medical technology has significantly improved,However,the trust between doctors and patients has decreased,and there are frequent incidents of doctor-patient conflicts that have a bad influence.Has become a key factor affecting social harmony,The frequent conflicts between doctors and patients have also caused widespread concern in the society.By analyzing the formation mechanism and evolution logic of the doctor-patient conflict,This study takes the formation mechanism of doctor-patient conflict and the management of difficulties as the subject,and the doctor-patient conflict incident in changchun CE hospital as the case study,which is mainly divided into five parts,The first part briefly introduces the research background and significance of the relationship between doctors and patients,summarizes the research status at home and abroad by summarizing and analyzing,and expounds the research methods and basic research techniques of this study.The second part analyzes the generation and classification of doctor-patient conflicts based on the development process and practical difficulties of changchun CE hospital,and focuses on the doctor-patient conflicts based on treatment costs,treatment plans,information communication and multiple subjects.In the process of studying the formation mechanism and evolution logic of doctor-patient contradiction,it is pointed out that the cognitive differences of patients are mainly reflected in the huge medical economic pressure,the lack of medical knowledge,the different cognitive perspectives and the cognitive differences in self-efficacy expectations,and this ideological factor is the main reason for the formation of doctor-patient contradiction.The third part mainly analyzes the current situation of doctor-patient relationship and the cognitive change of the overall doctor-patient contradiction in the society.From the aspects of doctor-patient,medical institutions,public opinion to find the causes of the current doctor-patient tension.This paper analyzes the cognitive change of the overall doctor-patient conflict in the society from the perspective of the cognitive change direction under the "tripartite reciprocity" and the influence of the traditional media framework on the cognition of the audience.The fourth part,according to the formation mechanism and evolution logic analysis results of the doctor-patient conflict,proposes the conflict management plan of doctor-patient relationship,emphasizes the need to establish and improve the system of prevention and management of doctor-patient conflict,and realizes the coordination and interaction between government departments,medical institutions,doctors and patients,and the media.The fifth part is the conclusion.Through the use of sociological methodology,the author fully understands the doctor-patient conflict and the causes of the current doctor-patient tension,and applies the dialectical thinking of thewhole and part to seek a solution to the doctor-patient contradiction,so as to contribute to the construction of the harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
