Research On The Prevention And Solution Of The Problems And The Aggravate Of The Problems In Chongqing Medical Conflicts

With the continuous improvement of the country’s medical reform,the doctor-patient relationship has been transformed from the past simple medical treatment and diagnosis and treatment to complex social relations including labor,interpersonal,professional ethics and legal norms.Accompanied by changes in the doctor-patient relationship,there have been very few cases of inconsistency between doctors and patients,medical disputes,medical conflicts,and other violent conflicts in the past.However,these events of the past few or unheard frequently appear in today’s various social events.Various medical conflicts have become a stumbling block to the health development of the medical industry.At the same time,during the 10 years of "medical reform",the consumption of public health care increased year by year.However,the situation of "difficult access to medical care and expensive medical care" has not improved.As a person who has experienced and participated in the reform of health care for ten years.This paper is from the perspective of a healer,by reflecting on the problems in the process of "health reform" in the past in Chongqing,the causes and social origins of the reform are analyzed.Based on reality and practice,some effective methods are put forward.We hope that we can get better ways to promote the consensus and attention of the whole society.Speeding up the treatment of inconsistency between doctors and patients,effectively improve the medical environment and level of the masses,and improve the quality of medical service.We should make due efforts to build a healthy and harmonious doctor-patient relationship,In order to implement the core socialist values,we will build a new society that is prosperous,strong,democratic and legal.
