During the development of any sports program,the athletes will inevitably suffer the sports injuries related to their sports specialties when they are not in the normal state of human body,and the sports injuries deeply affect the athletes' sports state and the improvement of their competitive ability.Exploring and analyzing injuries that often occur in sports specialties is the first step to deal with physical injuries.With the improvement of badminton competition training level,the constant changes of skills and tactics,the intensity of competition is greatly enhanced.In such new changes,It is an urgent problem to solve what changes and trends will occur in athletes' body injuries.As far as the current literature is concerned,the survey objects for badminton sports injuries mostly stay in professional athletes,ordinary college students,amateurs,etc.,and there are few studies on college badminton team members.There are few systematic and comprehensive studies on the subjects of badminton injury.In this paper,the individual factors of sports injury were sorted out according to the method of sports training,so as to form a coherent,comprehensive and systematic cause of sports injury,hoping to provide reference suggestions for the prevention of sports injury of college badminton team members.This paper summarizes the current research status by consulting the literature,making questionnaires,collecting statistical data and using logical analysis methods,with the members of badminton school teams in Shaanxi Province as the survey object,and the damage status and factors of the players as the research object.Under the guidance of the theory of sports training,through the statistical analysis of the physical injury factors from the technical factors,sports psychological factors,intelligence factors,physical factors,training method factors,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Through investigation on the training and competition of badminton team members of universities in Shaanxi province,it is found that the top three injury sites are knee joint,ankle joint and shoulder joint from high to low,with injury rates of 23.9%,22.7%and 16.1%,respectively.The injury is relatively serious with high incidence,and the overall injury rate is as high as 98.3%.(2)The overall situation of badminton players' physical fitness training every week is not very optimistic,and only 10%of them do it three times or more every week.29.6 percent of College Badminton competition players never even do physical training.From the players' point of view,the physical fitness training has not paid enough attention to improving badminton skills and preventing sports injuries.(3)According to the investigation,physical strain and sprain are the main injury modes in the process of training and competition,among which strain accounts for 28.3%and sprain for 25.6%.In addition,the number of injuries are high,with the two times accounting for 34%,three times for 14.8%,four times and more for 18.5%,with an average of more than two times.(4)The most possible sports injury is caused by the high-difficulty technical movements,such as the heavy kill ball in the takeoff and the assault footwork in the air in the takeoff.Among the physical factors,the lack of strength is likely to cause sports injuries,while the physical fitness training of athletes in College Badminton competition is not optimistic.(5)In the process of training and competition,the injury factors are summarized into six categories:sports technology factors,sports psychological factors,physical fitness factors,sports intelligence factors,sports training method factors.Based on these six factors,the influence of sports injury is analyzedBased on the above conclusions of sports injuries,the following recommendations are made:(1)Sports skills:Athletes should practice the standard movement in the practice process to correct their wrong movements.When learning sports techniques,it is necessary to start from simple to complex,first from easy to difficult,to solidly practice basic movements with the step and feet combined.It is recommended to minimize difficult technical movements.(2)Sports psychology:athletes should actively carry out psychological skills training,maintain positive thinking,improve their ability to resist pressure,and often communicate with others,enhance self-confidence.In sports,we should be clear about our physical status and sports ability,and have an accurate judgment of sports risks.(3)Sports intelligence:athletes should systematically learn relevant special theoretical knowledge,learn the prevention and treatment of physical injury,and establish a scientific and correct attitude.And we should communicate more with coaches and other people,watch the national team games,listen to the commentary carefully so as to improve our badminton awareness.(4)Physical fitness:athletes should pay attention to physical fitness during the basic training process and practice at least three times a week.According to the actual situation,we should pay more attention to core strength exercises or general strength exercises,or both of them.We should focus on physical special exercises or general exercises,combine special exercises with general practice activities so as to gradually improve strength,flexibility,speed.(5)Sports training methods:athletes should establish a complete,scientific and suitable training method.Each training time,load schedule,intensity,training environment and other factors can not be changed frequently,step by step,and can not blindly train.When problems arise,we should communicate with the coaches in time to try to solve the problems.
