Objective: To explore the relationship between hormone replacement therapy for women during perimenopausal period and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and the situation of hormone replacement for women during perimenopause in Shenyang.Method 1.With reference to relevant literature, design a questionnaire for pre-investigation.Surveys are conducted by professionally trained investigators to ensure the authenticity and validity of the questionnaires. The questionnaire contains general demographic information and information about perimenopause.Use excel form to input data,spss16.0 software for data analysis 2.Meta-analysis of documents: search Wanfang database by computer,full-text database of Chinese academic journals,Weipu Chinese biomedical journal database, collect relevant documents, search time is from 2014 to 2019 year.Search online for relevant journal articles, manually search some pharmacy journals and continue to follow up randomized controlled trials of related research. After evaluating the quality of the literature and extracting data,12 articles were finally included after being excluded according to the evaluation criteria, including a total of1571 patients,a total of 789 patients in the intervention group and 782 patients in the blank group.Meta-analysis was performed using Rev Man5.3.Results A total of 309 women over the age of 50 were surveyed.Among them, the number of people with mild menopausal symptoms was the largest, with 193(68%).Among all the respondents, the most severe menopausal symptoms were arthralgia(61.59%),insomnia(57.93%),fatigue(38.41%),dizziness and headache(37.20%),hot flashes and sweating(29.88%),Anxiety(29.27%),muscle pain(28.05%),paresthesia(28.05%),palpitations(24.39%),and anxiety(17.07%).Of the 251 respondents who completed the use of HRT,73(29%)had known about HRT,and there were 36 women over 60 years old.Twelve(4%)have used hormonal drugs, with the majority under the age of 60.Among the respondents who are reluctant to use HRT,the reason they choose the most among respondents of different ages is that menopause is considered normal and no medication is needed.Among them, the 50-54-year-old respondents refused because they did not understand the drug, and the 55-60-year-old respondents were mainly worried about the side effects of the drug.Among investigators with CVD,the number of CVD cases was significantly associated with different ages, and was not significantly related to the severity of menopausal symptoms. In the 12 studies included in the meta-analysis,the correlation between the use of HRT and conventional or non-treatment regimens was compared with the outcome indicators of total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein, and low density lipoprotein as endpoints.Comparing the effects between the groups, the intervention group had a significantly lower effect on triglyceride, total cholesterol, and low-density lipoprotein than the control group, and it had a significant effect on the increase of high-density lipoprotein. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusions 1.Among perimenopausal women in Shenyang, perimenopausal syndrome and residual symptoms account for a relatively high proportion, and the number of people with CVD over 60 years old is the largest.2.Postmenopausal women in Shenyang have poor understanding and use of hormone replacement therapy.Postmenopausal women using different regimens of HRT can effectively reduce total cholesterol and increase highdensity lipoprotein levels, but the effect on triglycerides and low-density lipoproteins is not obvious.
