Clinical Observation Of Xinjia Jinshui Liujun Decoction In The Treatment Of Patients With Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease With GOLD2 Lung And Kidney Qi Deficiency Syndrome In Stable Stage

Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of added Jinshui Liujun Decoction in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with grade GOLD2.Methods: 64 patients were selected from the respiratory department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese medicine.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 32 cases in each group.During the clinical trial,4 specimens fell off and 60 were finished.Results:(1)The total score of TCM syndrome quantification and all scores were lower than before treatment.Based on the improvement of score,the effect of treatment group was better(P < 0.05);(2)The standardized use of inhalants can promote the recovery of lung function,and the addition of traditional Chinese medicine decoction is not beneficial to the improvement of lung function(P > 0.05);(3)After treatment,the CAT scores of the two groups decreased.Based on the difference of the degree of decline,inhalant combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction can better alleviate symptoms and improve the quality of life of the patients(P< 0.05);4)The treatment efficiency of the control group and the observation group were 74.2% and 96.6%,respectively.The observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine decoction can achieve better effect.Conclusion: added Jinshui Liujun decoction has definite curative effect on COPD patients in stable phase with Gold2 grade.It can reduce the symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and has good safety when combined with standard inhaler.However,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine decoction can not promote the recovery of lung function.
