The Clinical Efficacy Of Flavored Jinshui Liujun Decoction On Eosinophilic Bronchitis

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of flavored jinshui liujun decoction in the treatment of eosinophilic bronchitis with lung and kidney yin deficiency syndrome,as well as the effect on the induction of sputum and blood eosinophil count,and to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of flavored Jinshui LiujunjianMethod:From February 2016 to February 2017 in the second affiliated hospital of hunan university of Chinese medicine hospital patients choose accord with eosinophils sex bronchitis patients with kidney Yin deficient syndrome(excluding standard and included in the standard)60 cases,using the method of random number table,all the patients in clinic order no.1 to 60,and then check random number table,divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases each observation.Treatment group: flavored Jinshui Liujun decoction,a dose of water decoction,juice 200 ml,100 ml/time,2 times/d.2 weeks for 1 course of treatment,observation curative effect evaluation after the 1 course.Control group: budesonide dry powder,200 ~ 400 ug,twice a day.Observe related parameters of the two groups before and after treatment and the change of clinical curative effect,application of statistical software SPSS19.0 analysis,p < 0.05 for statistically significantResults:This study shows that the flavored Jinshui Liujun decoction for lung and kidney Yin deficient syndrome eosinophils sex bronchitis patients can effectively improve TCM symptoms(show the efficiency of 53.3%,effective rate was 36.6%,total effective rate 89.9%),after treatment induced sputum eosinophil ratio in the treatment group with 24 cases(80%),the control group,there are 14 cases(46%)is similar between the two groups was statistically significant(p < 0.05);Blood eosinophil ratio after treatment in treatment group have 24(80%)cases,control group there are 15 cases(50%),is similar between the two groups was statistically significant(p < 0.05).During treatment has not been found to have side effects in treatment group,control group has three patients appeared mild sore throat discomfort.Conclusions:Flavored jinshui liujun decoction with budesonide dry powder can improve clinical symptoms in patients with EB,can decrease eosinophils in induced sputum,blood.Efficacy indicators to observe flavored jinshui liujun decoction treatment group were superior to control group,and is not allergic treatment,adverse reactions such as liver and kidney function damage and bleeding,studies have shown that flavored jinshui liujun decoction treatment of lung and kidney Yin deficient syndrome eosinophilia bronchitis is safe and effective,can further clinical promotion.
