Researching The Clinical Efficacy Of "Modified Jinshui Liujun Decoction" In The Treatment On Stable COPD Of Lung-Kidney Deficiency Pattern Based On The Theory Of "Mutual Generation About Metal And Water"

ObjectiveThe clinical efficacy of"Modified Jinshui Liujun Decoction"in the treatment of COPD patients in stable stage（Lung-kidney Deficiency Pattern）was studied through the evaluation of TCM clinical syndrome points,dyspnea（m MRC）and lung function（FEV₁/FVC%）,which provided new ideas for clinical treatment of COPD.Method60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,with inhalation of tiotropium bromide as the control group and Modified Jinshui Liujun decoction combined with tiotropium bromide as the treatment group.The course of treatment in both groups was 3 months.The TCM clinical syndrome points,dyspnea（m MRC）and lung function（FEV₁/FVC%）of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of"Modified Jinshui Liujun Decoction"on COPD patients in stable stage（Lung-kidney Deficiency Pattern）was observed.Results1.Before treatmentThere was no significant difference in age,gender and other distribution of various observation indexes between the two groups,which was comparable（P>0.05）.2.After treatment2.1 Therapeutic evaluation2.1.1 Efficacy of TCMThe total effective rate was 89.3%in the treatment group and 75%in the control group.It showed that both groups could improve the clinical symptoms of TCM significantly.The treatment group has obvious advantages in improving the overall symptoms of TCM and the symptoms of shortness of breath,wheezing,sweating,fatigue and tinnitus,and has certain advantages in improving the symptoms of cough,sputum and frequent urination.2.1.2 Efficacy of Western MedicinePulmonary function indexes（FEV₁/FVC%）,m MRC scores and CAT scores were both decreased in the two groups.The two groups could improve the pulmonary function indexes（FEV₁/FVC%）,m MRC scores and CAT scores of patients.The treatment group has no obvious advantage over the control group in improving patients’pulmonary function indexes（FEV₁/FVC%）,but was superior to the control group in improving patients’m MRC scores and CAT scores.2.2 Safety evaluationThe incidence of adverse reactions in this experiment was 1.67%,which was extremely low and safe.ConclusionModified Jinshui Liujun Decoction combined with routine western medicine treatment was better than routine western medicine treatment,and could better improve the Traditional Chinese Medicine clinical syndrome points,dyspnea（m MRC）and lung function（FEV₁/FVC%）of patient with COPD（Lung-kidney Deficiency Pattern）.During this experiment,one patient in the control group felt flustered and there were no obvious abnormalities in ECG,myocardial enzyme spectrum,and cardiac color ultrasound.No special treatment was given after clinical risk assessment and full communication,the symptoms were relieved after 15 minutes.Before and after the trial,the general condition（T P R BP）of patients in the two groups was stable,and there were no obvious abnormalities in blood routine,liver function,kidney function and ECG.The incidence of adverse reactions was extremely low,which was safe and worthy of clinical application.
