| Objective:Ovulation induction is one of the main methods of modern medical treatment on ovulatory dysfunctional infertility.In stimulation cycle,the endocrine environment is changed due to western medicine,affecting the quality of the follicle,luteal function and endometrial receptivity,reducing the pregnancy rate.Methods:53cases of ovulatory dysfunctional infertility patients met the inclusion criteria as the object of observation,were randomly divided into two groups:24cases in treatment group (nourishing kidney and regulating menstrual cycle combined with western medicine),a total of31cycles;the control group (only western medicine)29patients,a total of32cycles. Through the observation and comparsion between the two groups on the dosage of exogenous gonadotropin.the endometrial thickness and the average diameter of the largest follicle on the day of injection of HCG,changes in basal body temperature.the level of serum sex hormone (E2〠P〠LH)7days after ovulation and the rate of cycle pregnancy after treatment,evaluate the clinical efficacy of improving the luteal function of the stimulation cycle of ovulatory disfunctional infertility by nourishing kidney and regulating menstrual cycle.Results:(1) The dosage of HMG of treatment group is significantly less than control group. The difference is significant (P<0.05).(2) The endometrial thickness and the average diameter of the largest follicle on the day of HCG-injection between treatment and control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).(3) The overall index score results of the BBT show that nourishing kidney and regulating menstrual cycle can significantly improve the BBT biphasic type.migrationã€duration and stability of high temperature phase,compared with the control group there were significant differences(P<0.05).(4) The mid-luteal serum E2level of treatment group and control group have no significant differences(P>0.05).(5) The mid-luteal serum Pã€LH levels of the treatment group are higher than the control group,and the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).The results suggest that nourishing kidney and regulating menstrual cycle can increase the level of mid-luteal serum Pã€LH,improve endocrine environment,and enhance the luteal function of the stimulation cycle of ovulation disorder infertility patients,exactly.(6)The study shows that the cycle pregnancy rate of treatment group and control group are35.5%(11/31) and12.5%(4/32) respectively,there were significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:Nourishing kidney and regulating menstrual cycle can promote the ovarian follicle and luteum formation, and improve the endocrine environment;increase endometrial thickness and improve receptivity;reduce the transitional time of the BBT high and low temperature phase,increase the duration and stability of high temperature phase,by adjusting the patients’hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis function.Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine would decrease dosage of exogenous gonadotropin.Nourishing kidney and regulating menstrual cycle has a good clinical efficacy for luteal function improvement of patients with ovulatory dysfunctional infertility,and improve the pregnancy rate.eventually. |
