| Objective:This paper seeks to analyze and organize the principle of etiology and pathogenesis of chronic prostatitis by means of the literature analysis, clarify the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic prostatitis and its clinical value. By viewing the clinical curative effect of the BiXieFenQing pill combined compound XuanJu capsule treating chronic nonbacterial prostatitis which is classified as a syndrome of kidney deficiency and dampness turbidity, explore the meaning and clinical value on the ways of tonifying kidney and resolving turbidity for the remdy of CP.Method:From the subjects remedied in the andrology clinic of our hospital between April 2015 and December 2015, we pick out 60 sick persons who get the CNP which is classified as a syndrome of kidney deficiency and damp turbidity. The disparity is statistically significant pretherapy and post-treatment. The marks of EPS before therapy of observation group is 2.83±1.34, and after therapy is 2.73±1.44. In TCM or western medicine curative effect appraising criteria, the efficiency in viewing group evidently overmatchs the control group, the disparity is statistically significant (P<0.05)Conclusion:Through clinical viewing, BiXieFenQing pills combined compound XuanJu capsule can availably modify the symptoms of patients who get CNP which is classified as a syndrome of kidney deficiency and dampness turbidity, and combination is better than using BiXieFenQing pills alone. It can availably cut down the marks of NIH-CPSI and symptoms of TCM, and is other than the control group. The security and effectiveness of BiXieFenQing pills combined compound XuanJu capsule is verified in clinical trial, it should be extensively used in the ramedy of CNP which is classified as a syndrome of kidney deficiency and dampness turbidity. |
