Objective:By comparing the acupuncture treatment of primary dysmenorrhea and moxibustion treatment of primary dysmenorrhea before and after treatment, visual analog score of pain, clinical symptom improvement score,COX dysmenorrhea symptom pain degree and pain duration score were compared. The difference in immediate analgesic effect and clinical curative effect of primary dysmenorrhea provides a reference for choosing a more convenient and effective treatment in clinic. Methods:The 60 patients included in the study were numbered according to the order of inclusion time and followed the principle of random number table to divide the patients into acupuncture group and moxibustion group.Follow the patient's menstrual cycle, and treat at the onset of dysmenorrhea every month, once a day,5 consecutive treatments for 1 course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment. The changes of pain visual analog score, clinical symptom improvement score and COX dysmenorrhea symptom pain degree and pain duration score before and after treatment were recorded and statistically analyzed.Results:1.From 15 minutes after the first treatment to 30 minutes after the end of the treatment, the pain symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved(p<0.05),and the analgesic effect of the acupuncture group was still significantly improved after 15 minutes of needle injection compared with 30 minutes after the start of treatment.(P<0.05),the pain index of moxibustion group had no significant improvement after the end of moxibustion(p>0.05).After three courses of treatment, the pain symptoms, menstrual quality, and meridian color of dysmenorrhea in both groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the acupuncture group also significantly improved premenstrual breast tenderness in patients with primary dysmenorrhea.Situation(P<0.05).At the same time, after the three courses of treatment were completed, the pain severity and pain duration of the two groups of patients were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.01)2.There was no significant difference in immediate analgesic effect between the two groups 15 minutes after the first treatment(p>0.05);the analgesic effect of the acupuncture group was significantly better than the moxibustion group(p<0.05)after 30 minutes from the beginning of the treatment to 30 minutes after the end of the treatment. In the follow-up period after three cycles of treatment, the acupuncture group was significantly better than the moxibustion group in terms of pain severity, pain duration, menstrual quality, meridian color, and premenstrual breast tenderness improvement(P<0.05)3.The total effective rate in the acupuncture group was 82.76%and the recovery rate was 65.51%.The total effective rate in the moxibustion group was 76.67%and the recovery rate was 36.67%.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(p>0.05),but the needle The recovery rate of the acupuncture group was significantly better than that of the moxibustion group(P<0.05)Conclusion:1.Acupuncture and moxibustion can produce obvious immediate analgesic effect 15 minutes after the start of treatment, and the acupuncture group can continue to produce analgesic effect within 15 minutes after the needle is given out. Both acupuncture and moxibustion can improve the pain duration, severity of pain, menstrual quality, meridian and other symptoms of patients with primary dysmenorrhea, and acupuncture can improve patients' breast pain before menstruation2.Compared with moxibustion, acupuncture can produce instant analgesia with better effect. And can more effectively improve the symptoms of primary dysmenorrhea patients with pain duration, pain severity, menstrual quality, color, premenstrual breast tenderness and other symptoms.3.Acupuncture is equivalent to moxibustion in treating primary dysmenorrhea, but the healing rate of acupuncture is significantly better than that of moxibustion.
